FFrequentTravellerFlowerCleanliness: We got ourselves a double room and the room was very clean. The room didn’t have any carpet which I personally would have liked.
Location: The hotel is in the centre and easy access to the Cartagena stadium and attractions. Plenty of food places around too. They have their own private parking for additional fee, but we chose to park 10 mins away which was free from the evening to the morning and then you pay €2.50 for three hours use, and then we drove out, which worked in our favour as we only spent €2.50 for parking for one night.
Service: The check in and check out process was quick, easy and smooth
Amenities: There is no kettle in the room. For hot drinks you would need to go downstair to the reception and use the hot drink machine. There are options for coffee, teas, hot chocolate, cappuccino etc, which is included in the price you pay for the room and then u can take it to your room or stay downstair. Also I wasn’t happy with the wifi situation. To access wifi, you click on the hotel wifi and then enter your name and email address and the email address needs to be confirmed in order to be able to use. I personally am not fond of this, as I didn’t have an option to opt out on emails so I didn’t use their wifi. Also the wifi can not be access from every part of the room, my partner spent more time in the bathroom than in the room since that was the only place he could get a very good wifi connection.
Downside: The wifi connection was a struggle to get in the hotel. But other than that the room was nice and spacious.

SSamMcHughThe staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the information is in Spanish. However, they were more than happy to print it for us in English. The breakfast had a big choice of hot and cold food including pancakes, cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit etc.
We would highly recommend the marine pools which is all salt water. There are lots of jets in hot and cold water including a physiotherapy pool to float in.
We also had a massage which included the Hammam vaporise for 45 minutes. This was hot and cold different rooms like sauna, water jets, walk in stones with cold water and then hot water.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
The only downside was that we went on the 24th of June. This was a red day ( St John the Baptist) and restaurants around the local area were closed.
The hotel restaurant and bar was also closed as it doesn't open into the first of July.

Nur bei einer bestimmten Stellung kommt kein Wasser mehr. Ich hatte eine kleine Überschwemmung, die glücklicherweise verschwand. Hatte mehrmals einen Schock mit kaltem Wasser. Bequemes Bett ohne normale Nachttische. Die Bar neben dem Eingang öffnet um elf. Foto zeigt Willkommenswasser.
