Excellent location, room was spacious with views of the town and the sea , bathroom had a good walk-in shower . Could do with more hangers and shelves to put clothing , as there is plenty of space . Breakfast excellent quality and plenty of choice , the service was efficient and the staff worked very hard !

Absolutely perfect place. The hotel was spotless. We’ve never stayed at a hotel where it is managed and run so well. Staff and facilities are superb. We stayed in a number of golf resorts prior to Grand Hyatt La manga, Grand Hyatt was by far the best. We will definitely be back !

La verdad que el hotel está muy bien para la estancia familiar ,y tener una desconexión total si es lo que se busca , todo me pareció genial , hubo un percance con el servicio del agua y se notó que intentaron solucionando cuanto antes

Fantástico hotel en Murcia,cerca de todo a pie y en coche. Muy buenas instalaciones y tamaño de habitación, que es muy amplia con cama XXL sofá, mesita dos sillas, mesa baja para colocar maletas encima y armario espacioso. Baño completo y con buena iluminación.

- Was given just classic room instead of superior room (which was paid 30$ more), asked reception women for higher floor, she said no rooms. However after we call management she found a better room on 3rd floor, I can’t understand such attitude. - For spa zone needs swimming cap, which can be given for free, but they asked money for it, bad experience. Others experiences was just excellent!

El hotel estaba bien, buenas instalaciones y precio asequible. El desayuno era bueno y muy completo. Lo único a mejorar, en la habitación el agua de la bañera salía amarillo, quizá tenían algún problema con la tubería pero era completamente antihigiénico. No se nos dio mayor solución desde el Front Desk, más allá de decir que nos la iban a limpiar.

La comida, la tranquilidad y el relax. El agua caliente del balneario y lo mejor es la calidad-precio.
