TTongWe spent four unforgettable days and three nights at the Seda Club Hotel in Granada. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable, with Ms. Martha providing a warm and welcoming reception that instantly made us feel at home.
The personalized check-in process with Martha was exceptional, complete with a welcome drink and detailed information about the hotel's offerings and local attractions. Her kindness, patience, and respectful demeanor left a lasting impression.
The breakfast crew, particularly Rafael, were outstanding. Despite attending to multiple tables, Rafael provided swift and efficient service. We also appreciated his exceptional service during dinner on one of the evenings.
Special mentions go to Pablo, who provided excellent service on our departure day, and Imma, who made our checkout process smooth and warm. The concierge team, who assisted us with our bags and escorted us to the taxi, were also noteworthy.
The staff at Seda Club Hotel truly made our stay special. Our beautifully decorated hotel room showcased evident thought and attention to detail in its design. Every corner of the room featured fine touches and small details that added to its charm.
One minor suggestion for improvement: the coffee and kettle cabinet was slightly cramped, and we were concerned that the steam from boiling water might affect the glass shelves and surrounding food.
Overall, our stay at the Seda Club Hotel was truly memorable, and we highly recommend it to anyone seeking exceptional service and accommodations in Granada.

If you go there by car keep in mind that the hotel does not have their own parking/garage. Either you use their valet service but that takes time or you park your car in the parking lot of Alhambra, which is approx 200 meters away.

ผผู้เข้าพักa modern hotel which last renovated less than 3 years. Nice style of room decorations but already obvious wear and tears in the room.
travelling as couple and also giving early notice in making the room booking like everywhere we travelled, front desk wasn’t able to offer a double bed and was sent down to room upgrade option straight away for this type of request at check-in. the wife wasn’t happy at all.
location is in walking distance to centro area and near bus stops.

ผผู้เข้าพักLocation — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.

LLawFor me , this is absolutely not a 4 star hotel.
1. Only stairs are available in the main entrance , no guidance to use side entrance if you have heavy luggages. Staff are not even helping/ guiding you to use side entrance via car park. I only know it when I ask. And they can see us clearly carrying two big luggages.
2. Staff are not friendly, you won’t feel welcome at all. The room is just average. There are no restaurants/ supermarkets nearby.

이이다혀호텔 위치는 너무 좋았습니다 도보로 이동하기 참 편리했어요 객실은 402호로 배정 받았는데 1.2호는 로비에서 가장 안쪽에 위치한 별도 엘리베이터로 3층에 올라가 다시 1층을 가파른 계단으로 올라가야만 했습니다 ㅠㅠ 로비 직원과 원활한 소통이 되지 않아 로비에서 캐리어 이고 지고 반층을 내려가고 난리도 아녔네요.. 로비에서 불과 열걸음 남짓인데 직접 알려주시지 ㅠㅠ 안내가 미흡했다고 생각해요 그리고 2박 머무는 동안 너무 추웠습니다.. 실내와 실외 온도차로 창문에 물이 계속 고였고 웃공기가 너무 차서 잠을 설쳤어요 화장실도 너무 추워서 새벽에 화장실 갈때면 오들오들 떨었습니다 반면 수압은 강해서 뜨신물 잘 나옵니다 알함브라 뷰는 아니었지만 객실 밖 중정? 테라스 흡연 구역 잠깐 나가서 성당 뷰 정도는 볼수 있었어요

NnereaEl hotel es acogedor y bonito. La habitación está muy bien para dos personas y muy limpia. El personal del hotel es muy amable, puedes aparcar en su parking o alrededor del hotel, hay bastante zona blanca y si das un par de vueltas puedes dejar el coche.
La ubicación es muy buena,a unos 15 minutos del centro andando y si no puedes ir en autobús.
Para ir hasta el centro una calle más para allá del hotel (a unos 5 minutos) tienes la parada del autobús (la línea 8 te deja en el centro) y para volver el mismo autobús para en la puerta del hotel.
Al rededor del hotel también hay varios bares y ocio por si algún día no quieres irte fuera.
En general el hotel está muy bien,lo recomiendo para alojarte en Granada!

ผผู้เข้าพักThis Aparthotel was in an absolutely perfect location and easily accessible to the main sites of Granada. The communication with the customer support was excellent and it was easy to check in and out or get an early check in for an additional cost. The app was really useful as I could check in that way and had a note of my entrance key in case I forgot the number. The facilities, cleanliness and little extras provided such as water, coffee and crisps were really appreciated after a day of travel. The studio I was in was absolutely gorgeous, modern, clean and whilst in the centre of the town, quiet, so I could get a good night's sleep. The only thing that was a slight disappointment was that I booked the apartment thinking I would be getting a view of the town/square, but I did have balcony views over the balconies and into the apartments of the identical building directly in front of me. So, no view to speak of, but I didn't spend much time in the apartment as there was plenty to do in Granada. Overall, 4/5 for the experience and will be staying in the Libere again when next travelling to Spain.

Yyimiyawอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินไปป้ายรถเมล์และร้านขายของที่ระลึกร้านอาหาร! โรงแรมสามารถเก็บสัมภาระได้ฟรีและทัศนคติการบริการก็กระตือรือร้นมากเช่นกัน ถามว่าซื้อล็อคกระเป๋าเดินทางที่ไหนก็แนะนําทางอย่างกระตือรือร้น ไม่มีผ้าห่มหนาในห้อง คุณต้องเอาผ้าห่มจากตู้มาปูบนเตียง และไม่มีใครที่แผนกต้อนรับหลัง 10 โมงเย็น และไม่มีใครสนใจที่จะซื้อน้ําขวด...

Ok, dans l'ensemble, le 6/10 est la note idéale...joints dans la douche qui se décolles, traces d'humidités vieillissantes et noir dans la douche, dans l'ensemble assez propre, les installations high-techs sont bien mais aussi vieillissantes, ex : la télévision beuk, ainsi que le WC ”intelligent” qui s'ouvre, se ferme, se nettoie tout seul la nuit, et surtout une très mauvaise literie où, vous vous enfoncer, dès que vous vous coucher ! impossible de vous retourner ou bouger ensuite !! Ça c'est le pire !
Dans l'ensemble, ben, vous en avez aussi pour votre argent, quand vous réserver, vous savez que vous n'allez pas non plus dans un 4 ou 5 étoiles !!!
Dommage pour le personnel qui est vraiment super sympa, et là 10/10!
Un + également, nous sommes arrivés après minuit, après les heures officiels d'enregistrement, nous avons téléphoner prévenant de notre retard, et bien gentiment une personne à l'accueil est restée pour nous recevoir !! Merci
