Perfectly located in the middle of the old town. Close to everything you want to see or eat in Granada. We felt living in the history for 2 days. The family room is great for a family of 4. Book early, as it could be very popular and booked out in peak season. The staff is super friendly

Amazing location and beautiful view of the Alhambra from our room (room 33)- make sure to choose a view room! The room itself was small and the bed could have been more comfortable but overall it was a great stay! The staff was friendly and very helpful.

We were so impressed with the charming hotel in the old part of the city. There’s no way to bring a car anywhere near, but it is so worth driving as close as possible and parking. They provide vouchers for a discount at a couple of specific parking lots. Inside the lobby of the 1520 building, are old frescoes painted by the disciples of Rafael. Amazing history. The room was lovely. A complementary bottle of champagne is provided. Not a small one, but a regular size one. The shower was immaculate. Everything was lovely.

We spent two nights at this hotel. The hotel is in the center of old town. It was easy to walk around. We were greeted by friendly staff. The breakfast was simple but tasty.
We had a family room, which has a loft that I enjoyed a lot.
We had a car, so we followed their instructions to park outside of the town and took a taxi in. It seems complicated, but it was pretty smooth.

We enjoyed our stay here, and the staff was very helpful. They even promised to mail postcards we were too late to mail, which was very nice of them.
