การเช็คอินเป็นเรื่องยาก ใช้เวลานานเพราะมีปัญหาในเครื่องแม่เหล็ก สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในอพาร์ทเมนท์ไม่เพียงพอ คุณต้องจ่ายเพิ่มสําหรับสระว่ายน้ําในร่ม คุณต้องจ่ายเงินเพื่อมอบผ้าเช็ดตัวสําหรับสระว่ายน้ํากลางแจ้ง แม่บ้านทําความสะอาดอพาร์ตเมนต์ครั้งหนึ่งระหว่างที่เราเข้าพักและลืมใส่สบู่และเจลอาบน้ําในห้องน้ํา คุณต้องออกจากอพาร์ตเมนต์ (เช็คเอาท์) ก่อน10AM ฉันต้องจ่ายเพิ่มเพื่ออยู่จนถึง 11 โมง ผู้จัดการไม่ยืดหยุ่นและไม่ช่วยเหลือเกี่ยวกับการขอพักจนถึง11AM สรุปเราไม่ค่อยพอใจกับรีสอร์ทนี้

El complejo tiene una ubicación excelente, está en una urbanización que pertenece a Mijas y cuenta con restaurantes, un minimarket, acceso a la playa, piscinas tanto al aire libre como climatizada, SPA, y un montón de actividades. En cuanto al alojamiento nosotros estamos encantados, ya que al contar con cocina no dependes de horarios de comidas.

We had a wonderful time and loved the experience and it was a great place to stay with a family. The staff were very helpful. Rooms were great, neat and clean. Pool was amazing.

Good location on ocean front, bills itself as four star but cheaps out on stupid stuff. They charge for ice in your room. They charge 1 euro for a pool towel. Stupid stuff like that. Felt like I was at a very low end place. It's like yep we have a room but if you want towels or bedlinens we will have to charge you extra!!! NO I SHOULD BE INCLUDED!! Room Heat - Not used Room AC - 10 of 10 Bed - 7 of 10 Shower Water Pressure - 10 of 10 Shower Hot Water Temp - 10 of 10 Linens - 10 of 10 Parking - Steet parking Staff - 10 of 10 Wifi - 2 of 10 Electrical Outlets - 3 of 10 - Needs more Room Decor - 6 of 10 Room Fridge - 10 of 10 Breakfast - Not included Room Noise - Could hear disco Pool - Supposedly heated, but not very much. Same with hot tub, more of a warm tub. Handicapped Accessibility Entry to Lobby - 8 of 10 Handicapped Accessibility Elevator - 10 of 10 Handicapped Accessibility Entry to Room - 10 of 10 Handicapped Accessibility Shower - 7 of 10 - no seat

Went for a holiday and happy with the stay. The hotel is located in a nice area, with clean room and facilities. Plenty of space to relax during the day,  Local area is convenient, with Carrefour in walking distance and a lot of restaurants. Though the restaurants near the beach are overrated and I would not recommend. Food in the hotel was good, with great value and flexibility. I could just turn up for a dinner and pay at the entrance without any prior booking or notice. I liked it. Parking was very easy - just navigate to the hotel and you will see the entrance at the front door of the hotel. There is no way you would miss it. It cost 10 EUR a day. However, do prepare for the mosquitos as there are plenty. I had to buy repellent and sprays in Carrefour to deal with the issue. And we had to shut the balcony during the dawn and night and decided not to use the balcony. The hotel should provide the basic facility for the mosquitos repellent, such as an electric repellent heater. 

The most bare hotel I have been to. Kettles need to be rented for a charge + deposit. There are no cups or cutlery in the room. Mini fridge is empty. I think I can understand why the hotel went for such measures given the crowd that is staying there - too many wild screaming Britons. Breakfast tables have nothing but a cloth. Lounge chairs are bare plastic making them very uncomfortable to use. Most of the chairs are in fact not available for use because guests dump their towels to reserve them and then not show up for hours. Staff allow this behaviour. The loud entertainment went on till 23:30 (accompanied by partying guests next door) so if you want to sleep any time before that - forget it, it's like trying to sleep inside a night club. Beach towels are not provided, bathroom towels cannot be taken out so if you didn't bring your own - tough. It is a beach property but the beach is private and hotel guests do not get any discounts. The shower was hot and had good pressure but there was hair left in the drain. Beds seemed good at first but I woke up with back pain. Went up to take a look at the roof terrace which looked lovely but we didn't stay for a drink. All in all the hotel was not for us and certainly would not recommend it if you are looking for a relaxing place.

โรงแรมน่ารักอพาร์ทเมนท์ที่สะอาดและทันสมัยมาก น่าเสียดายที่เราตั้งอยู่เหนือการระบายอากาศของห้องซักรีด / ห้องเทคนิคดังนั้นจึงไม่มีนาทีทั้งกลางวันหรือกลางคืนซึ่งฟังดูเหมือนว่าเราอยู่ติดกับโรงงาน เราอยู่ในห้อง 515 ห้องนี้และห้องด้านบนและด้านล่างควรถูกปิดกั้น ไม่เพียง แต่เสียงคงที่ แต่ยังมีกลิ่นต่าง ๆ ซัก .... ที่ดีบางมื้ออาหารเย็นที่ไม่ดี ..... โรงเรียน เราขอย้ายห้องทันที แต่มีเพียง 2 ห้องที่มีเตียงคู่ขนาดเล็กเท่านั้น และเราชอบเตียงแฝดขนาดใหญ่ จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน แต่เพียงถ้าเรารับประกันได้ว่าอยู่ห่างจากระบบระบายอากาศ ปัญหาอื่น ๆ อีกข้อหนึ่ง ... เราอยากทานอาหารเย็นที่ร้านอาหารในคืนหนึ่ง เมื่อมาถึงเราถามว่ามีตัวเลือกมังสวิรัติหรือไม่เพราะเป็นบุฟเฟ่ต์ ผู้ชายบอกให้ไปสแน็คบาร์! โดยรวมแล้วเป็นสถานที่ที่ดีเยี่ยมสําหรับวันหยุด แค่ไม่ได้อยู่ในห้อง 515!

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Towels and bedding changed everyday. A bottle of water left in our room every day also tea and coffee. We only had breakfast but the selection was great cooked,continental, cereals, fruit coffee and juices. Staff were all very pleasant and happy to help. Pools were clean but cold Only down point was the distance to bars and restaurants Hotel is in a quiet part of Torremolinos so a bit of a walk. However right opposite a lovely beach Weather was good all the week apart from one day it rained Great holiday though.

สภาพแวดล้อมที่พักโอเคเลยถือว่าโอเค แต่บุฟเฟ่ต์ การแสดงตอนกลางคืนในล็อบบี้ และโซฟาและเก้าอี้ต่างๆ ในสระว่ายน้ำด้านหลัง เหมาะแก่การอาบแดดเป็นอย่างยิ่ง โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมและคุ้มค่า (ทำไมต้องเขียนรีวิว แค่ช่วยให้ทุกคนเข้าใจสถานการณ์ เพราะรู้สึกว่ารีวิวออนไลน์ช่วยให้เดินทางได้น้อยกว่าเหยียบหลุมเยอะเกินไป ช่วยเหลือกัน)

I’m usually staying at Ritual hotel when in Torremolinos and always had a great experience… No this time when I didn’t see staff members at the reception being more flexible in order to satisfy customers request and experience. When I made the reservation, specifying a strong preference for a room not located to the ground floor, upon arrival and check-in I was informed but the front desk that my assigned room was on the ground floor, directly contradicting the preference I had clearly stated in the booking notes. I immediately raised the issue to the hotel staff reminding them of my prior request and I was told that the hotel was fully booked and not other rooms were available. I strongly believe that my request could have been accommodated if they would have taken in consideration my enquiry during the room assessment … the clearly didn’t have mindset of customer centricity which was very disappointing.
