🌟 10/10 – Truly a Home Away from Home! 🌟 I absolutely loved my stay at H Hotel! From the warm welcome at check-in to the kind and helpful staff, everything was just perfect. Special shout-out to TongTong at the reception...she’s the best of the best! Always so kind, patient, and ready to help with anything I needed. The cleaning staff were amazing too... very humble, friendly, and hardworking. My room was always spotless, towels and toiletries changed regularly, and bins emptied all the time. I also loved the free laundry service... they washed my clothes twice during my stay, which was such a thoughtful touch. Everyone here is so welcoming, especially to foreigners, and they truly make you feel at home. If I had more time, I would stay here forever! I’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you so much, H Hotel, for your wonderful service! ❤❤❤

I cannot recommend this hotel enough! I am currently visiting and do not speak a word of Chinese, which can usually make things stressful—but the team here made everything seamless. We had to communicate entirely through a translator app, and the staff couldn't have been more patient or kind. I ran into a bit of a crisis where I needed same-day dry cleaning, and the reception team jumped into action immediately. They handled the situation with such grace and efficiency, ensuring my clothes were ready right when I needed them. Why this hotel stands out: • The Reception Team: All the girls at the front desk are absolute gems. They are professional, lovely, and never made me feel like my language barrier was a burden. • True Hospitality: I felt welcomed from the second I arrived. Even the security guard at the entrance was incredibly friendly and helpful! • Top-Notch Service: They go above and beyond to assist with any request, no matter how complex the ”lost in translation” moment might be. If you’re a solo traveler or someone who doesn't speak the local language, stay here. You will be in great hands. Thank you to the whole team for making me feel so well-assisted!

首先地理位置很方便，樓下就是一個商業廣場，有很多餐飲和娛樂店面，對面就是萬達。離天使城也很近。 其次是服務，進門前台小姐姐就一人倒了一杯茶水，辦理入住也很快，還主動給我們升了房間，指示明確，效率很高。 再者講講房間和衞生，房間裏沒有用香薰，就是淡淡的木質香，衞生很乾凈，床品舒適度高，床麪沒有污漬和令人不適的灰塵。 整個房間其他地方的衞生做得也很乾凈。設施智能化，很方便。 接下來説後勤保潔和洗衣房設定。 從進店到離店，每一個工作人員看到我們都會熱情地打招呼，並且詢問是否有不滿意的地方（我沒遇到什麼問題，所以也沒麻煩他們）。洗衣房有兩台洗衣機和烘乾機哦，稍微有點少，晚上洗烘衣服排隊還是挺久的。給客户準備了一次性的裝衣袋，很方便，洗完可以直接裝袋子裏拎走，人性化十足。 建議： 早餐品質有待提高，特別是炒飯和油炸類食物，太硬了。胡辣湯和豆花好喝！！！推薦！！！

I have stayed here many times and I always enjoy my stay. The staff is always very friendly. The ladies at the front desk remember me and they always greet me with a friendly hello and warm smile. The housekeeping staff is excellent and super friendly. The ladies in the breakfast area are very nice. I do believe that breakfast could be improved. It does not seem to match the quality of the hotel overall. The menu is basically the same. It has been unchanged for a long time. This is an area that I think the hotel should concentrate on. My biggest complaint about the hotel is that they allow smoking. Even though there are signs in the lobby that say no smoking, I see men smoking there all the time and I do not see any enforcement. They allow smoking in the rooms and I find this to be very unpleasant and extremely unhealthy. The location is excellent and the price is usually very good so I will stay again in the future, but I hope the hotel will consider

This is very nice property and everyone was very friendly. The breakfast is quite extensive and I enjoyed the taste of the food. I do believe the hotel is in need of renovation. The carpet is quite old and there were multiple stains in our room. The shower leaks extensively and they appeared to be mold in the shower. The air conditioner was quite weak and never really cooled the room down. The staff was always very friendly and efficient. I will be happy to stay again on my next trip. I appreciate the non-smoking room. I did notice men smoking in the lobby

I was expecting for a reception employees to know a little bit of English. When arrived I was surprised that I have to find a way to translate everything to Chinese. Then next day this was corrected, and I found that they put an employee that knows a little bit of English to the reception. Also, for that type and size of hotel, it would be great that they have something for relaxation and training - either gym, or SPA, or pool, etc. Everything else was great and I could see that they were giving their best to make my stay pleasant.

Everything about this hotel is perfect from the ideal location that’s just few metres away from the railway station . The reception desk are all so much welcoming and they even offer free gifts and you can always have a fresh cup of coffee. The rooms are so clean and soundproof all equipments look fresh and it’s a plus for foreigners visiting xuchang since we have very few options the price ratio is perfect

It’s the best in the area conveniently located.  Being somewhat western in preference few things stick out. Remember to bring 300 rmb for deposit  Linen clean. Breakfast is good local food from black fungus to soup. Eggs - boiled or fried are available with toast, yoghurt, fruit and jam.  Room comfortable bit dated, carpets are needed replacing odd stains, under the bed was not cleaned in a while. Pool was under renovation.  Smoking it’s still acceptable so the smoke may be a surprise to non locals. No fridge in the room. Staff happy to organise ice. Best local eatery is left out the main door in the parking lot from 6pm good street food ask for cold beers.
