ผผู้เข้าพักDuring our two weeks travel in Yunnan with our parents and kids, this guesthouse was the biggest surprise of the trip! It was incredibly comfortable and superb clean for all six of us — from the elderly to the little ones, everyone absolutely loved it. My parents couldn’t stop raving about how thoughtful and cozy it was, saying it’s the best place they've ever stayed. The hosts were incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, every little detail was taken care of — whether it was travel tips, food recommendations, or little thoughtful touches, we truly felt at home. Their hospitality made the whole trip smoother and even more enjoyable. The guesthouse itself is beautifully designed, with unique and creative touches in every corner — we couldn’t stop taking photos! The rooftop view was especially stunning, with breathtaking sunrises and sunsets that looked like paintings. Our whole family went up there every day; we didn’t want to miss a single moment of the scenery. If you’re coming to Heshun, you have to stay here! The environment, service, and warmth of the hosts are all top-notch. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality travel experience — we’ll definitely be back next time!

ผผู้เข้าพักThe B&B was amazing. I stayed here with my wife and other family (total 7 people) in the summer of 2026. They provided an airport pickup for us that went smoothly. The rooms are very clean and cozy, and they provide fruit and snack trays for each room daily. The bathroom toilet is equipped with a nice bidet, the mini fridge has a few drinks included, there are small amenities such as steam eye masks, and all daily necessities are provided (e.g., toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, nail clippers, etc). There is also a common area for people to hang out, and their lobby has additional amenities not in the room (e.g., pads, tiger balm, etc). Additionally, they can provide breakfast, which includes local cuisine like er si or mi xian with many different toppings and side dishes. In addition to this, all the staff are super friendly, and the boss provided an accurate and curated list of things to do, places to eat at, and valuable recommendations as a local. My entire family loved the stay at this B&B, and if we come back to Tengchong in the future we will definitely stay here.

ผผู้เข้าพัก這應該是我這麼多年旅行以來，住過的最棒的民宿。 首先房間裝修的特別好看，用心，設計得非常有品位。床、地毯、燈…都很好看。就房間裏的連燒水壺都是摩飛的，還有加濕器香氛等等。馬桶是自動加熱的，很棒。 整個院子很安靜，中間有一個魚塘，然後還有兩個茶室，很愜意。 廚房有兩個咖啡機，咖啡很好喝。早餐的種類也很多，蒸雞蛋特別好吃，阿姨也很好，熱心。 酒店還有接機和送機服務，特別省心，老闆也很熱情。酒店的位置也挺好的，去哪都比較方便。總的來説，這次住的特別的開心，滿意。如果以後再來騰沖，還會選擇這裏。

ผผู้เข้าพักAppreciated for the airport pick up & sending us away to the old town main entrance on our departure. It would be very difficult to come & find the hotel if no one picked up. Room is clean & bedding is comfy… nice & quiet area. Just a bit far from the old town center. Driver + guide offered us a day tour around the city with reasonable price. However, she took us to a tea store for tasting & we finally purchased some tea… which was very overpriced! We wasn’t realized at that time & found out the next day when we walked around other tea houses in the old town. We were charged a bit more than double the price! So never trust any stores recommend by driver or tour guide. Sight seeing is good enough but don’t made any purchase which are recommended by guide or driver. Tengchong is a nice area , I may come back.

TtiAmottห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้าง แต่ห้องน้ำค่อนข้างเก่า อยู่ริมขอบเมืองโบราณ ไกลจากตัวเมืองนิดหน่อย ผู้สูงอายุที่มีปัญหาการเคลื่อนไหวควรระมัดระวัง แต่สำหรับผู้เข้าพักที่อายุน้อยก็ไม่เป็นไร เพราะสามารถเดินเล่นรอบทะเลสาบ Wild Duck ได้ บ่อน้ำพุร้อนก็โอเค แต่บางทีเราอาจจะไปเที่ยวช่วงนอกฤดูกาล เพราะมีแค่สองสระ และประสบการณ์โดยรวมก็ธรรมดาเมื่อคนเยอะ ขอแนะนำร้าน Mama's Taste ที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ เลยค่ะ อร่อยมาก!

ผผู้เข้าพักOn the day I arrived, it was raining. The taxi driver dropped me off at the Heshun village entrance gate, as cars cannot get in the village. I then called the Hostel and asked to be picked up at the entrance (this is a standard service for all the hostels inside the village), which was 10 min away by walk. The receptionist said ”they didnt have any transportation method” to pick me up, asked me to walk. When I politely told her that I am a person coming from another country (despite being able to speak chinese), also I was carrying a 20kg suitcase and a backpack, she said ”it'll be okay since you will be walking downhill”. This was a very rude and surprising response. In the end, she called me back but I was already halfway there. I am giving 2/5 for service because the breakfast was decent. The altitude of the receptionist is unacceptable and almost ruined my experience.

ผผู้เข้าพัก騰沖悦椿酒店入住體驗：一處被自然包圍的田園居所，服務細節仍有很大的提升空間！ 整體是全樹木田園風，周邊不遠處有很多原住民，充滿生活氣息。但也正因為貼近自然，早晨五六點 鳥鳴不斷，深夜樓上走來走去的聲音聽的很清楚，對睡眠淺的人來説，確實容易被打擾！ 入住體驗方面，接待過程略感單薄。辦理手續時前台僅有一位服務員在崗，後續的溝通則通過微信客服管家完成。這種模式雖然高效，但缺乏傳統五星級酒店應有的面對面服務温度。此外，接駁車停靠在平地區域，經常找不到司機，保安人員服務意識參差不齊，多數時候不主動指揮或詢問。整體來看，除了私湯温泉，其他環節很難讓人聯想到“五星級”標準。房內私湯獨立享用，舒適度高，房間保潔服務也還不錯！房費1000+一晚，結合環境和服務水平來看，價格偏高。酒店的核心優勢集中在温泉私湯和自然氛圍，管理服務意識方面還有不少短板需要進一步完善！
