We have spent three magical days in Puzhehei. The hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was simply the best - so friendly and helpful. Whether it was to suggest an activity or help renting out electric scooters, they were always there for us. The rooms were so clean and spacy and the views were breathtaking.  To all staff : thank you for making our experience so wonderfull.  Hope to you see again in the future.

選擇彝牛客棧是這趟旅行最幸運和正確的決定。客棧有個花草相間的小院子，精緻温馨，房間舒適整潔，比同等價位的客棧寬敞，超值性價比。最最重要的是，老闆老闆娘太好了！！！樸實真誠，熱心豪爽！在我半夜突發腸胃炎的時候老闆開車帶我到處找醫生，發現衞生站下班了又打電話幫我聯繫附近的醫生，老闆娘顧不上休息一直陪伴我等待治療，睡覺前都不忘來房間來關心我的情況。我生病期間免費為我單獨熬粥，隨時詢問我的身體是否好轉。他們真摯的幫助讓我在陌生的地方感受到最大的善意和温暖，真的無比感動！謝謝老闆老闆娘在我最危急的時刻給予的幫助關懷，希望你們家庭幸福，生意興隆！！

The Inn was under the reconstruction so the host suggested me the room in another place... but i decided to stay as I wanted the wooden room and chose it for a view... and yeah the view is worth... the room was tidy and cozy... it looks a bit old but it suits the wooden interior 👌 The construction works didn't bother me at all... I slept well... in the morning I could leave my stuff take their ebike and enjoy the trip... Very satisfied and will choose this place again🥰

เจ้าของบ้านสวย อ่อนโยน เอาใจใส่ และสง่างาม เธอดูแลทุกอย่างและอธิบายคู่มือการเดินทางอุทยานให้แขกทราบอย่างละเอียด ห้องพักกว้างขวาง ที่นอนนุ่มสบาย สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย โรงแรมมีพื้นที่พักผ่อนที่สนามหน้าบ้านและพื้นที่รับประทานอาหารเช้าในสวนหลังบ้าน ซึ่งดีมากในตอนเช้า😊 หากคุณมีเพื่อนที่ชอบสัตว์ ก็สามารถมีแมวไปด้วยได้

民宿新裝修的，當時看到新裝修就訂了，結果到那裡有點失望，衞生沒有打掃乾淨，洗漱台下麪還有上一位客人用過的一次性面巾，衞生間裏還有頭髮，而且一次性馬桶墊和一次性浴巾都沒有，牀頭櫃都壞啦，床單上有頭髮，枕套上臟臟的，不知道有沒有換，當時想着不可以取消勉強住了一晚，離青龍山很近，附近景色不錯，可以吃飯

ห้องพักสะอาด ถูกหลักอนามัย สภาพแวดล้อมเงียบสงบ ใกล้ทางเข้าหมู่บ้าน เดินทางสะดวก น้องชายคนเล็กสามารถช่วยรับและส่งนอกฤดูท่องเที่ยว บ้านมีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกครบครันและน้ําร้อนให้บริการตลอดเวลา คุณสามารถยืมรถยนต์ไฟฟ้าในร้านเมื่อคนน้อย สะดวกมาก ลูกสุนัขน่ารักมาก!

Though it says 540 meters from the center, it's actually on the edge of the town which is not big anyway. It's a family run business friendly but will benefit from an improved organisation. The owner seems to be in a role overseeing a couple of local services and uses it to his advantage. Be aware of the promises and delivery. The ticket to the river cruise and water fight is not transparent. While it costs 218 CNY at the ticket office, the owner can get it as low as 190CNY. On the next day he said the price was only possible without a paper ticket. We got in all the entrances but were stopped and questioned till he intervened. It didn't feel great to be involved in this unexplicit and shady handling. Puzhehei is rich in resources. Nevertheless with such a mentality of those in charge and untranspatent practices, it's a mixed bag of experiences. It's paramount to improve transparency and accountability should it continue wanting to attract more tourists. Most people are very friendly except some for working in the scenic areas, they looked so bothered when asked by tourists for help.

I loved the place. Got a room upgrade with a bathtub so huge I didn't dare to use it due to the waste of water. The view from the balcony to the lake was simply beautiful and I could hang out on my large roof terrace in the evening enjoying some piece and quiet. Breakfast is Chinese but I got coffee on request. Vegetarian breakfast was no problem and didn't cause any discussions about my eating habits (not a given in China). Plenty of good restaurants for dinner nearby. I recommend taking the bus from and to puzhehei train station. It takes just as long as the didi but costs only 10 yuan. It's bus number 8 and the stop is very close to the hotel.
