Overall experience staying here was great. We had a wonderful and warm greetings from the receptionists. Special thanks for 陈姐 and 小王, they were extremely friendly and helpful, accommodating and answering all our queries and concerns. The room was clean and filled with cultural vibes, foods were delicious, different varieties. There is a spot here too for those who like to have a calligraphy writing. Only thing if I would like to pick on wi be the smoking issue where they allowed smoking in the hotel so the lift is fulled with smoking smell. I love it here and will come back again for next stay.

Our stay at Sanjiang Juyoulou Inn was great and the Inn owners are a sweet, amazing couple that helped us out a lot! We wanted to learn about the local handcraft and the owner helped us to organise a lesson in Chinese embroidery through some of his contacts, which was so cool! They also helped us to book places for the banquet and the festivities at the drum tower, which, through a collab, is also cheaper than if we had booked them ourselves :) On our last day, we left for the rice terraces in a even more rural area, and the owner explained us exactly - with a sweet hand-written note - how to get there with the different busses we needed to take. He also drove us to the first bus stop in his personal car for free. Amazing and kind people, a beautiful room and a nice view :)

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in is the Wyndham Garden Hotel - Liuzhou, offering a truly luxurious experience that easily reaches five-star level or even higher. The hotel has a very prime location in the heart of the city. I stayed in apartment 6008, which faces directly the river and the music fountain—an absolutely stunning view, especially in the evening. The room is very spacious, with a large TV screen and a modern bathroom equipped with a smart toilet. The service is outstanding in every sense. All the staff are extremely kind and professional, especially Eason Huang, who speaks English fluently. Another highlight of the hotel is its attention to detail. Toiletries are provided and refreshed daily, and the mini bar is completely free and regularly restocked with drinks, which is quite rare. The hotel is also very close to the Food Street, where you can enjoy a wide variety of delicious dishes, especially seafood. In addition, the hotel offers a daily open buffet breakfast and free coffee service in the evening. The cleanliness is exceptional—the hotel feels almost brand new. Security is excellent, and during your stay you truly feel like an important guest or even royalty. One of the most memorable experiences was the swimming pool on the 12th floor overlooking the river. I highly recommend staying in apartment 6008, especially for those who appreciate beautiful views and a true luxury experience.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to explore the surrounding area, and the hotel itself offers great amenities with comfortable, well-maintained rooms. Everything was clean, and the overall atmosphere made the stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even better. There was one small incident where another guest accidentally tried to enter our room due to a staff mistake. It was clearly an honest human error rather than negligence. The hotel handled the situation very professionally, sincerely apologized multiple times, explained what had happened, and even offered us a 30% discount as a gesture of goodwill. We really appreciated how seriously they took the matter and how quickly they resolved it. While it was a memorable moment, it didn’t affect our overall impression of the hotel. Mistakes can happen anywhere, and what matters most is how they’re handled. Based on the excellent service, location, and facilities, I would happily stay here again.

酒本次入住體驗十分滿意。酒店地理位置優越，出行逛街都很方便。前台工作人員熱情有禮，辦理入住快捷高效。客房打掃得乾淨細緻，床品柔軟親膚，房間隔音效果很好，夜裡十分安靜。衞浴乾濕分離，熱水穩定充足，各類用品齊全。早餐品類豐富，味道可口。整體性價比很高，服務貼心周到，不管旅遊還是出差都很合適，下次出行還會選擇這裏，強烈推薦給大家 。

I 4 days at the Holiday Inn for my birthday and I must say that I truly enjoyed my stay. The ambiance of the hotel, all the staff was so warm and welcoming. They truly made my time there one of luxury and relaxation. Although they couldn’t speak English that did not stop us from efficiently communicating. We used WeChat to communicate between us. They really were attentive to my needs and endured my time was special. The hotel manager surprised me with a birthday cake which was delicious and all the staff I met were exceptional great with their hospitality. I especially want to thank one of the staff who I named Faye for special taking care of me by ordering my food and wine and making sure my stay went smoothly. A big thanks to everyone for giving me such happy memories. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Rongshui. It’s a great place to relax, the atmosphere is tranquil, the rooms are very clean and modern and the scenery is breathtaking. I will be back soon.

Stayed here for a couple of nights while traveling through Rong'an, and honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is right on Rongjiang North Road, super easy to find, and there's plenty of parking if you're driving. The first thing I did was walk to the night market street nearby, maybe five minutes away. Tried the local Rong'an rice noodles, the kind they call ”lu fen” – the noodles are smooth, the broth is rich, and they put this roasted pork on top that's just amazing. Only cost me like 10 yuan. The next day I asked the front desk for food recs, and they told me about a place that does Dapo flying chicken – it's a local specialty, the chicken is free-range so the meat is firm and super flavorful. Had it white-cut style with ginger scallion sauce, best chicken I've had in a while. Also tried the crispy honey kumquats, which Rong'an is famous for – sweet and crunchy, bought a few bags to take home. The room was nothing special but clean, bed was comfortable, and the AC worked well. For a small-town hotel, it does the job. Would stay again if I'm passing through.
