The service provided was beyond expectations. All the staff served with enthusiam and friendliness. They are proactive and made us feel very welcomed. They picked us up from the North gate and after checking out send us all the way to the North gate.. they are the only hotel i have stayed in China so far that took the trouble to message us in English instead of Chinese. The afternoon tea they serve comes with food and drinks of very high quality. There are also Miao costumes and accessories you can borrow from the lobby for free to take pictures. It was a steep climb to the hotel but the view from the room makes it worthwhile. The location might not be suitable for groups with very young children and elderly with poor strength.

Nicely designed rooms striking a nice note with the local environment . The hotel lies in a secluded location with outstanding view  over the mountain and the local village community. Impeccable and friendly  service. The food is very good  and if you happen to not take too much spice. They ll  adjust it for you. You need to walk up to your room on a stone paved  outdoor path so the hotel might not be a good fit  for the elderly. Otherwise  its  all pieace and quiiet for those city dwellers lookingnfor an escape. Than you for a lovely stay!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the excellent service and prime location. The view from our room was breathtaking - definitely one of the highlights of our trip. A special shout-out to 小刘 , who went above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and memorable stay. His warm hospitality truly made a difference. The overall experience was worth every penny and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for top-tier comfort , great service, and an amazing view.

This hotel offers one of the most stunning views of the entire Miao Village — sunrise, sunset, and night views are all breathtaking. Truly magical. The hotel is located at Guan Jing Tai (Viewpoint Terrace). Be prepared for a bit of walking from the sightseeing bus station, or if you enter from Bridge No. 5, it will be an uphill climb. But the moment you reach the hotel, you’ll understand that the view is absolutely worth the effort. Room amenities are tip-top. Everything is well-maintained, clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Service is exceptionally good. Special mention to 小云, who made our stay so warm and memorable. He welcomed us at the West Gate, helped carry heavy luggage up the hill, and the team even prepared a welcome drink, afternoon tea set, supper drink, breakfast, and a little farewell souvenir. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the stay. Some people say the Miao Village becomes boring after the day crowd leaves, but that’s only because they don’t stay overnight here. Staying at this hotel lets you experience the true beauty and tranquility of the village. Highly recommended — come for the view, stay for the experience

Nice hotel with excellent view of Miao village, super clean and nice room. So much appreciated and good take care of my 2 nights spent. Breakfast quite nice delicious like mama cooked and afternoon tea make me forgotten how tired of traveling long a week! Coffee also excellent tasty. Thank you so much for Mr.Wang pick up, take care and suggested any options to try when spend at the village. That’s my the best destination of haven’t traveled to China for many years. Fully attractive my heart!! Good to go!!!! ❤️

房間全屋智能非常便利，衞生也是很乾凈，而且還是乾濕分離，這對潔癖星人來説真的非常好😘。 因為酒店是在附近一個觀景台位置的下面，老闆會幫忙拿取行李，門口也有免費雨傘🌂使用，我們還沒到那的時候光在微信上老闆就非常耐心的回答我們的問題，服務真是好的不知從何誇起了👍👍👍 因為貴州多雨陰晴不定，在那呆了三天，每天都是會突然下雨，還好老闆這裏設施齊全，有洗衣機和烘乾機，不愁下雨衣服幹不了。 總而言之，酒店非常nice❗❗❗,讓我們這種遠方來的客人感到非常舒服，如果大家想出行便利一些，可以選這家，離一號風雨橋和牛棚營地，豬圈咖啡都很近，是一次很好的旅行體驗。🥰 圖三是返程時老闆冒雨幫我們送的行李，非常感謝！🙏🙏

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the boss himself — a genuinely kind and thoughtful man. Check-in was smooth and welcoming. Later, he informed us that if we wished to visit the city center where the Miao Village is located, they could easily arrange a ride for us, and we could simply message them anytime for a return trip. He even reminded us to double-check their contact number to ensure we could always reach them. At the lobby, fresh fruits and tea were prepared for guests — a lovely and thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Although the boss humbly mentioned he isn’t a true tea connoisseur, he still took the effort to serve us sincerely and warmly. When it was time to check out, as our car was waiting, the boss personally came over to make sure we had water for the journey. He kindly offered bottled water and even wanted to give more, but we gratefully accepted two — already more than enough. The hotel itself is spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. But what truly makes this place special is the warmth and sincerity of the boss. Highly recommended.

I couldn’t be happier with this hotel! Every staff member was incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and truly enjoyed our stay. Before we even arrived, they gave us multiple transportation options to reach the North Gate, where visitors purchase tickets to enter the village. They then met us at the gate, helped us buy our tickets, stored our larger luggage, and guided us through the village to our homestay. They even carried our smaller bags all the way to our room. Along the way, they encouraged me to participate in the village’s traditional welcoming ceremony and treated us to a delicious bowl of noodle soup since we hadn’t eaten yet. What really made this stay unforgettable was that they became our personal tour guide for the day. The tour was educational, fun, and perfectly paced for us. This was a special mother-and-son trip, and my son couldn’t stop talking about how exceptional the service was. Out of our multi-city journey through China, this may have been our favorite stop. To top it all off, they arranged our Didi to the train station and personally escorted us back to the North Gate when it was time to leave. Xiao Guanji and A Rui, you are simply the best! Thank you for making our trip so memorable. We’ll never forget your kindness and hospitality!
