The hotel is located at the entrance to the city, a bit away from the centre / old town but in walking distance (or a short taxi drive that the hotel can arrange for you). The rooms are spacious and modern with full amenities for a comfortable stay. I had a room with gorgeous mountain view. Excellent customer service, the staff is very helpful and friendly and even though English is limited you can manage with translation apps. A very special thank you to Garong (呷绒) who went out of her way to make me feel welcome and helped me with onward local travel to Dege. Highly recommended.

My husband was sick when we arrived. The staff were amazing: they brought him an extra blanket, water, fruit and a bottle of oxygen. They took very good care of us. All of the staff were excellent in every way, but I'd like to thank Xiang Qiuhui Meidou (向秋梅朵) in particular for her kindness and help. I would definitely stay here again, five stars all around.

Positive Clean and spacious room with hot water. Staff doesn't speak English, but is very friendly. Communication via the translation app went well. Location is close to the YaQing busstation, it's a five minute walk. Negative Other guests can be quite noisy in the hallway, keeping their door open for others to hear their loud conversations. The hotel should enforce a general policy for guests to be quiet after 10pm. The room on the streetside is quite noisy. You can hear music coming from the shops in the street. Breakfast was a bit dissapointing. Not much variety. And no tea or coffee whatsoever. The wifi is very slow.

We loved the hotel, the location was perfect, the rooms and the bathrom were clean and spacious. The stuff were willing to help us with everything and they were all very friendly, especially the girl at the reception Dexi Qingcuo and even the cleaning lady was so nice and cheerful.  If we come back we will stay at the same hotel for sure.

ガンゼの中心地にあり、シェアタクシー乗り場からも徒歩10分ぐらいです。ガンゼには2つのお寺があり、お散歩したりとても楽しかったです。近くに飲食店もあり、温泉や白塔公園にもとても近いです。何よりスタッフの女性がとても優しいです。シェアタクシー乗り場を教えてくださったり、とても親身になってサポートしてくださいました。ガンゼを訪れた際は、ぜひ利用してみてください。
