BBe-Pe-neunWundervolle Unterkunft mit Pool vor einem See nur 45 Minuten außerhalb von Shenyang.
Die Villa 6 hat uns 12 Freunde untergebracht.
Es gibt einen Pool mit kaltem Wasser, einen großartigen Aussenbereich mit Blick auf den See und Pool mit westlichen und chinesischen Grill und das Haus selbst ist modern und funktional ausgestattet.
Das Haus wird mehrmals am Tag gereinigt auf Wunsch, es stehen Handtücher, Bettwäsche, eine Eiswürfelmaschine, Geschirr und Töpfe/Pfannen zur Verfügung.
Dazu gebucht werden kann: Feuerwerk am See (sehr schön, hatte das Nachbarhaus bestellt), chinesisches Essen wie bspw. Spieße und heißes Wasser für den Pool (dieser ist mit Grundwasser gefüllt und schon erfrischend im Sommer).
Es gibt eine Eiswürfelmaschine und einen kleinen Supermarkt mit Getränken wie Bier, Cola, Wasser und Snacks wie Chips und Suppen am Haus. Die Preise sind hier so günstig wie in der Stadt.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig und idyllisch. Ein weiteres Highlight war ein ausgiebiger Spaziergang um den See entlang von Reisfeldern und durch kleine Dörfer.
Es gibt im Wohnzimmer und in 2 von 4 Schlafzimmern eine Klimaanlage.
Es gibt 3x Badezimmer.
Es gibt eine Innenküche mit Kühlschrank und Gefrierfach, Schneidebrettern und Messern. Westliches Besteck ist nicht vorhanden.
Wir haben uns zusätzlich Lebensmittel,
Luftmatratzen und Laybags mitgebracht.

Ssiyu_1981925很棒，乾淨整潔，入住當天很多辦升學宴，我們到時都沒有車位了，自己想了辦法後，前台姐姐很痛快的答應，而且耐心等待，更貼心的是房務人員，出行定的都是家庭房，到時浴巾毛巾給的都是兩套，我們再要的話，不是告知沒有，就是正常都是這樣，一頓説才能給，而這家酒店温柔的説，好的，馬上送，房務人員來了後還細心的問到，一套夠用嗎，不夠聯繫我，房間也收拾的乾乾淨淨，入住很開心！

ผผู้เข้าพักThis seems to be a family-run hotel. It seems to be rhe only Trip.com identified accomodation in Yongling Zhen serving the Hetu alu historical park (great) and Qianlong Mausoleum (took a miss on due to time constraints).
Thought I had been assigned a second floor suite but it was right on the first floor. Some problems locking the door but it's a secure location.
Spotless stone tiles in washroom and throughout, room could be cool in winter. Very modern with washroom updates and accessories like toiletries and slippers
Owner was very helpful ie. advising where to eat and when restaurants in this small town close, as well as where to catch a bus back to Fushun - (just 120 m from hotel) Very helpful for a foreigner.🙂
Owner kindly led me stow my bag while I extended my visit to Hetu Ala to see a cultural performance - which began after check-out time.
A couple of small issues - I was told that the room price on trip.com is somewhat higher than locals are charged. Not a problem really. Room costs were still 60% less than hotels in cities.
Also - it's promoted as a ”Business hotel” but there is really no work desk, suitable light or a chair - just a wobbly plastic stool). Modest investments might take care of this.

XXteroThe lady at the front desk was kind and quick to check me in. The hotel is peaceful and clean. The bed was soft and everything in the bathroom worked well. The hotel is very close to shops and restaurants

ผผู้เข้าพักOur recent stay at the apartment was overall a positive experience. The location was excellent, situated conveniently near the university, which was our primary objective. The apartment was clean and well-maintained, with shops downstairs offering various food options for our convenience.
However, there were a few areas that could have been improved. Firstly, there was no daily cleaning service provided, which was a bit of a disappointment. Secondly, only one bath towel was provided, which was insufficient for our needs. On the first day of our stay, we were asked to wait due to a window being broken in the original booking, which although understandable, was still an inconvenience.
The owner was polite and communicated effectively through phone, which was appreciated. The Ayi who was there to open the apartment for us was not as accommodating, however. She shouted at us for using one of the bath towels as a step-out mat from the shower, which we felt was an unnecessary reaction. Due to the fact that the tiles are slippery after showering,The shower itself was a bit inconvenient as it did not have doors, allowing water to easily flow out into the room but we managed to adjust the direction of the shower head and make it work.
For future guests, we would recommend topping up the toilet rolls and toothpaste to ensure a more comfortable stay for three days .
Overall, despite the few shortcomings, the apartment was comfortable and clean, and we would consider staying there again in the future.
