1) Location is superb. Right smack in the ancient city and 50m from the landmark guangji gate. You can walk everywhere to do your visits and taste street food & other gourmets . You can even get on a trishaw & do a slow sightseeing of the city among the interesting streets outside the non-traffic square 2) hotel is new about 6 months old. Clean and full amenities . The bed is comfortable and good. We are not familiar with the light switches so had trouble switching to dim lights at night 3) there’s a lift and a laundry area downstairs 4) service is perfect . Our room came with breakfast. Breakfast is simple and fresh and wholesome . Well in chaozhou you probably wanna skip to eat the yummy snacks on the street. We had breakfast for 2 days. On the last day we skipped. We slept in till breakfast time was over. We had bought a rice dumpling and a rice snack the day before. We requested for them to heat up. They went beyond our expectations. Not only heat up, but gave us fresh fruits all serve properly on a tray like room service. Thank you 5) we booked a one bedroom suite on level 2. Ceilings are high. Room is airy. Soundproofing is good. Once the windows are closed. There’s minimal noise from street outside. By night 10pm it’s quiet . Morning noises only start around 9am plus from tourists foot traffic 6) Tip- as traffic are not allowed on that street. The nearest point is to get off at the Xia shui men (下水门） gate and enter the gate. From there you walk about 100-150m on flat well-tiled surfaces to the hotel 7) hope the hotel maintains their cleanliness & newness moving forward . Will definitely stay there again when in chaozhou

As this booking was for our relatives, they would like to share that they like this hotel so much that they said they would be coming back for another stay. The hotel location is near the tourist street , so it is located in a very good location. The 2 bedroom 1 living room duplex is our favourite room as it allows the family to gather in the living room to chat.

ที่นอนและหมอนในห้องพักสบายมาก ปกติฉันจะนอนไม่หลับเวลาไปที่ใหม่ๆ แต่คราวนี้หลับสบายมาก แถมยังเงียบสงบด้วย คืนที่สองมีแขกห้องข้างๆ เปลี่ยนคน เสียงดังมาก คุยกันหัวเราะกันเสียงดังตอนสี่ทุ่มกว่าๆ ไม่มีมารยาทเลย ฉันโทรไปที่แผนกต้อนรับให้ช่วยจัดการให้ ผ่านไปสักพักก็ยังเหมือนเดิม ฉันเลยต้องใส่หูฟังฟังเพลงนอน มีเครื่องซักผ้าให้ซักผ้าได้ แต่เครื่องอบผ้าที่ชั้น 3 ฝั่งซ้ายมีปัญหา ฉันรอจนถึงเวลาไปเอา ปรากฏว่ามันขึ้นเตือนว่าเสีย การซักไม่มีปัญหา แต่การอบไม่ดี ฉันเห็นคนอื่นที่มาอบผ้าทีหลังก็ขึ้นข้อผิดพลาดเหมือนกัน หวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะรีบแจ้งซ่อมแซม ถ้ามีระบบแจ้งเตือนผ่านมือถือที่เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตได้ก็คงจะดี จะได้ไม่ต้องเสียเวลารออบผ้าเปล่าๆ 3 ชั่วโมง ตอนนี้เครื่องซักผ้าอัจฉริยะราคาถูกลงเยอะแล้ว น่าจะพิจารณาเปลี่ยนรุ่นใหม่ได้แล้ว บริการของโรงแรมดีมาก การเดินทางก็สะดวกสบาย ชักโครกอัจฉริยะเสียงดังไปหน่อยเวลาฟลัชน้ำ แต่แรงดันน้ำแรงดี ออกไปทานอาหารก็สะดวกสบาย

เมื่อเดินทางไปแต้จิ๋ว คุณควรเลือก Borman Hotel! ห้องนี้เหนือจินตนาการ มีพื้นที่กว้าง 2 เมตรจากเตียงถึงห้องดูทีวีและยังกว้างขวางหลังจากวางกระเป๋าเดินทางแล้ว ราวแขวนเสื้อผ้าสะดวกสำหรับการตากผ้า และเตียงขนาดใหญ่กว้างกว่า 2 เมตรทำให้สะดวกสบายมากสำหรับครอบครัวสามคน ห้องซักรีดที่ชั้น 1 มีเครื่องซักผ้าและอบผ้า 6 เครื่อง และมีน้ำยาฆ่าเชื้อ น้ำยาซักผ้า และน้ำยาปรับผ้านุ่มให้บริการฟรี ทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวก มีอาหารอร่อยๆ มากมายรอบๆ และใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยว เจ้าหน้าที่มีความอบอุ่น มีน้ำใจ และช่วยวางแผนเส้นทาง หุ่นยนต์จะจัดส่งอาหารกลับบ้านและน้ำดื่มไปที่ห้อง ราคาไม่แพงและการบริการก็มีน้ำใจ ฉันต้องยกนิ้วให้ ฉันจะพักที่นี่อีกในครั้งหน้าที่มาแต้จิ๋ว!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful Stay in Chaozhou We had a fantastic stay at Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside and honestly wished we could have stayed longer. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Check-in was smooth, questions were answered quickly, and throughout our stay the service remained warm and attentive without ever feeling forced. It’s the kind of hospitality that makes a hotel memorable. Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and after long days exploring Chaozhou, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. We also appreciated the thoughtful details throughout the room, including complimentary soft drinks in the minibar, bottled water, bathrobes, quality tea and coffee facilities, and plenty of storage space. The river view was another highlight. Waking up and looking out over the Han River and the city skyline was a wonderful way to start the day. The room felt peaceful, quiet, and very comfortable. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was excellent. Everything felt well maintained and cared for, from the guest room to the common areas. What impressed us most was how the staff consistently went above and beyond to make sure guests were comfortable. Great facilities are important, but outstanding service is what truly sets a hotel apart, and this team delivered exactly that. If you’re visiting Chaozhou and looking for a comfortable hotel with excellent service, beautiful river views, and a relaxing atmosphere, I would highly recommend Crowne Plaza Chaozhou Riverside. A wonderful stay and easily one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Guangdong.

The host was really friendly and helpful. She saw that we were going to stay there for 4 nights and took the initiative to upgrade us to a larger room with one more extra bed and closer to the laundry facility. That was a pleasant surprise when we checked in. Straight after checking in, she made some Chinese tea where we sat and she briefed us on the places to visit. Gave us her WeChat which we can contact her anytime if we needed any help. Everything was great and the kids loved it so much. They have electric bikes where you can rent and it was awesome. We rented the bikes and rode all over the old quarters (highly recommended). I did not check the price of others but my wife told me the rates that they charge are cheaper than the E-bike rental shop at Xima Road. They sold Chinese tea as well which turned out to be pretty competitive as far as pricing is concerned. You'd pay alot more if you purchased tea at the pedestrian shopping ***** (Ancient City) nearby. Location was fantastic! Near to the entrance of Xima Road where you could either turn left and walk towards the Ancient city or right where you can walk to Xinqiao Road (many boutique shops there). There are a tonne of food stalls and restaurants there all within short walking distance and a 24hr minimart nearby. Note that this is a homestay where everything is more relaxed and informal so don't expect hotel type of house keeping. Amenities and mineral water are placed at the foyer and you can grab as much as you need. They use disposable towels which may take getting used to if you haven't used one but the up side is that hygiene is guaranteed, and I'm happy with that. Overall, it was a great experience staying there and we will certainly stay there again on our next trip.
