ผผู้เข้าพักIt was a pleasant stay I would say. Clean and cozy. Home-like atmosphere. The only thing I want to mention is that when we arrived at 4:30pm no one was there, no reception, no instructional signs… until 10 mins later, there was somebody coming out from a storage, she was very helpful and got us in the room instantly. One suggestion is that it’d be great to prepare 1 or 2 extra blankets for a group of more than 2.
ผผู้เข้าพักIt was a great stay and the hotel is very cozy the lobby of the hotel is the best, great view and its has a fire place. Such a relaxing stay. I wish we could’ve stayed longer.
GGingerNutzMy wife and I stayed for 6 nights. The apartment was serviced half way through our stay. The kitchen was well equipped. One of the kitchen lights wasn't working. It was fixed as soon as I reported it to reception. The hotel is close to the trans-Canada highway and most guests will have a car. We didn't have a car so it was a decent hike into town. I would certainly choose the hotel for my next stay in Canmore.
GgtheexplorerThe view from the room and hallway was spectacular. The staff was friendly, polite, and accommodating. He answered all our questions with big smiles and helped us with all our needs.
The room is big. A door separates the bedroom and dining room. The dining room has a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and tiny sink. A fireplace too inside the room
The whirlpool outside was a bonus and felt relaxed while enjoying the fresh, cool air after a long day of driving and walking. Bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and had a very good night sleep.
Won't hesitate to book here again.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe outside of building is quite run down. Parking is not always granted to guests as it fills up quickly.
I kept smelling food coming through the vents. The rooms are old with 70s flooring and old plumbing. It shouldn't be costing $95 for here for a 2 queen room. What what it is, I wouldn't felt okay paying $50 to stay.
LLeixiaI booked a two-bedroom hotel room three months ago for 1,100 Canadian dollars for two days. My friend booked it a few days before his arrival and wanted to upgrade to a suite like mine, so he added 80 Canadian dollars a day, which means the total price is 520+160=680 Canadian dollars for two days. So 1. Don't book in advance 2. Book the cheapest one and upgrade it to a good room after you go to the front desk
