Convenient location near the airport, free shuttle service, and a decent breakfast. Good value for travelers.

Comfortable hotel near Guarulhos Airport with free round-trip shuttle service. Well-equipped room, with quality bedding and mattress. I asked in advance if there was an electric kettle and was told there wasn’t, but in the end, there was one in the room. Tasty breakfast. Recommended!

The shuttle service was very convenient but we couldn't identify the vehicle in the evening. The site mentioned the free airport shuttle but we had to pay for the trip back. Arriving at the hotel the check-in took forever. The breakfast is excellent but overall it is too expensive for what we received. We could have stayed at another hotel in the same vicinity for R$100 more which has larger rooms. The rooms are very small if you have more than one bag it is a problem. There is no plug in the bathroom basin and the water draining is very slow. Only one pillow is provided.

Very spacious rooms, with living space and small kitchen. Comfortable bed, and good shower. Very close to the GRU airport, and transfer service works well. The hotel is located at a part of town where there isn't a lot around to do and not very safe to go out at night. Decent restaurant on the premises.
