Recanto Resort is a really nice resort on the Brazilian side of the falls. The rooms are small but nice. We had a view of a parking area so did not use the small balcony. The only real shortfall was in service in some areas. The swim up bar was very slow while the poolside service was much better. I attempted to use the tour center in the lobby. I made a request and was told someone would get back with me but that never happened. The breakfast buffet was great, as was the dinner buffet. With some minor updates and more attention to service, this could be a really great place.

Presentable hotel with decent breakfast and swimming pool and jacuzzi, located across from the interstate bus terminal. Uber is wide available and usually it takes about 7 minutes to arrive . Room is spacious and clean and shower is very good. Recommended specially for the ones who have a car. Not many food options and remember to have a Brazilian socket to avoid having to buy for an adapter at the bus terminal. The waterfalls in the Brazilian side is approximately 35 minutes by Uber . The Argentinian side buses leave frequently from the bus terminal across from the hotel (expect to pay a lot to reach Argentina, R$35 to Puerto Iguazu plus another R$40 from puerto Iguazu to the national park. Returning the same way , R$150 plus the park ticket, that’s best to buy in advance online to save time in those enormous lines.

Localização perfeita, ao lado do Shopping Palladium, próximo ao Aeroporto, Cataratas, e Argentina. Mais distante um pouquinho do Paraguay, porém fácil e rápida a locomoção. Quartos limpos, aconchegantes, e um maravilhoso café da manhã!

Excelente atendimento e localização. Piscina mto gostosa mas a banheira de hidromassagem estava em manutenção e não pode ser usada. Hotel precisa de manutenção em diversos pontos mas de forma geral voltaria a me acomodar no local. Nos deram um ovo de Páscoa pelo feriado o que foi bem atencioso.

This is a hotel for families. The pool is impossible to use from about 4pm as it is overrun with children and a man blowing a whistle loudly to coordinate children using the slide. When we arrived there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. There was only one bedside lamp. There were no blankets - we had to request them as it was too hot with no ac and too cold with ac on.  There is an area for dining but the hotel could do so much more with it - have cutlery laid out and table lamps, rope the area off and draw the curtains so the view is not semi naked people in the pool. The evening we had dinner there was a dripping wet woman wrapped in a towel shouting loudly on her telephone and wandering among the tables. There is potential in this hotel - just none of it is realised.  On a positive finish there is a reasonable buffet for breakfast. The hotel is near the Main Street and easy for your pickups etc and there are restaurants nearby and a fabulous cafe just down the street.

Отель выбирали из-за близости к аэропорту. Можно оставить багаж на хранение до заселения. Есть бассейн. За пляжные полотенца нужно платить. У бассейна после заката комары. В номере также кусали комары и мешали спать. Был ранний вылет, мы попросили включенный завтрак выдать в ланч-боксе. Сотрудники отеля предложили такой завтрак предоставиить за дополнительную плату, что нас огорчило.

Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e esclarecem todas as dúvidas. Achei o hotel muito agradável, viemos em família e não temos reclamações, apenas o café da manhã poderia começar mais cedo diante dos horários que temos que sair para os passeios, o café da manhã é muito bom, tem bastante opções (acredito que as pessoas que reclamam do café são acostumadas a comer muitas coisas de manhã , pois não tenho nada a reclamar, opções variadas) Fiquei receosa devido as avaliações negativas, mas no meu ponto de vista não tenho nenhuma reclamação. Sala de jogos, piscina limpa, tudo muito bem organizado. Os quartos são simples, mas atendem as expectativas, estacionamento também bom e com espaço. Recomendo, e a localização do hotel também não fica muito longe de nada, perto de mercados, feiras e praças.
