The hotel was very close to amenities only a minute walk to everything in old town. The room had character and comfy. The breakfast was not good we did not enjoy it. Don’t ask for cans from hotel as it’s a seperate company they charged us more to airport and got us to pull cash out of cash point that charged nearly £10 fee on top.

Отель очень классный, нам понравился. Классная девушка на ресепшене, которая нам помогала во всём. В конце проживания мы попросили вызвать такси, нам тоже с этим помогли. Жили на 14 этаже, оттуда открываются классные виды на город (не прям сильно живописно, но горы классные 😍). Завтраки вкусные, много выбора всего: всегда были овощи, яйца (один раз омлет оказался сильно подгоревшим и ужасно невкусным), выпечка, свежие фрукты) Единственное, что не понравилось: на ресепшене при заселении нам сказали, что завтрак начинается с 6 утра. Нам нужно было рано уехать на экскурсию, поэтому мы пришли на завтрак к самому открытию (в 6:15). Было уже несколько блюд, но были выключены автоматы для кофе (следовательно, горячей воды для чая тоже не было). Ходила женщина и накрывала еду, я спросил у неё, можно ли налить хотя бы чай, она проигнорировала меня полностью, сделала недовольное лицо и ушла. В итоге мы остались без завтрака

I will start with the good things: The room was very big. The toilet too. The wi-fi worked very well. The breakfast was good. The staff was friendly. Around 5 pm they have some water and cookies for guests. The room was quiet. They had an iron and everything to iron your clothes, security box and a very big window. They have mini bar in the fridge of the room. Not sure about the prices. Not so good things: This hotel is convenient for people who are willing to walk, take a taxi or just don't mind staying in a hotel a bit far from the city center. I consider myself as a great walker and still got exhausted especially because summers are hot as hell. If you stay in a room next to the river be ready to see THOUSANDS of river mosquitoes (they don't bite or annoy you but it was weird to see the window completely covered) they can enter the room but they follow the lights. The window was a bit dusty and the cups for coffee were dusty too. Note: Bosnia has many earthquakes almost every day (something new I learned) so I experienced one. The bed and the lights moved at 4 am but I heard nobody saying anything. Just as FYI.

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

I arrived around 1300 but there is no one on the ground floor as the hostel located in the 2nd floor. I waited and called the hostel via trip.com. Then the owner appeared and opened the door for me. I paid 5euro for deposit of the key. Once return the key, he will give you the money back. In overall, they have normal hostel needs, kitchen, toilet, hair dryer, bathroom. One bathroom for 3 rooms which is a bit less. But we got time to use this. The bed is good. I like the bund bed is high. If a man sit on the lower bed, he could straighten his back. The room I assigned is quite windy at daytime I really like it. FYI, it looks like no AC on the room. But I dont need AC during the tim

Отель не соответствовал нашим ожиданиям.У них нет нормальных пододеялтников,вам нужно спать. Под простынью и голым одеялом,которое к слову было в каких то пятнах.За точно такую же цену можно найти вариант гораздо лучше. Персонал добрый и отзывчивый. Нам повезло что выбрали этот отель всего на одну ночь,а не забронировали его сразу на все дни путешествия. Но если вам просто нужно место где можно поспать,сойдёт
