Der Raum roch etwas unangenehm, war aber noch akzeptabel. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, was sehr praktisch ist. Auch die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt.

I travelled to Sarajevo with my two sisters. However, the apartment was extremely spacious and big enough for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of TV's, there were sufficient facilities that we could make our own breakfast in the mornings. The location was around a 15 minute walk from old town, this was close enough - we could walk there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, there were also nice places to eat close by as well as a small grocery shop we could buy a few bits from. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the comfortable apartment played a role in this.

Such a delightful place that fully served the purpose of my solo trip to Bosnia. I chose to stay in Sarajevo while I go to visit sites outside of Sarajevo. And I am just showing this view from outside my window (my room has three windows, thank you Demir 😍) to show it is right at the tip of the old town. I often spent a number of times just looking out of the window and watch the world pass by. It was a meaningful feeling. An extra special thanks to Demir for making my stay enjoyable and memorable. Even when I began messaging him before coming (a few months before ☺️) he was very understanding. The self check-in feature was super simple too, and as I arrived much later in the evening after check-in hours, he was on whatsapp assisting me all the way until I reached my room. Hvala, Demir for your tireless efforts and warmness which was one of the highlights of my stay in Sarajevo.

I would like to mention how wonderful the staff were during our stay. Nela Softic, the Front Office Manager, was excellent on our arrival. She explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. We stayed for three days, and both Amela and Dzenita were extremely helpful and welcoming. They were always happy to assist us and gave us great recommendations on places to visit. The room was small but comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything we needed, including complimentary water, dressing gowns, slippers, toothbrushes, a comb, razor, tea and coffee. These items were replenished every day, and the room was cleaned very well. The bathroom was also small but spotless and well maintained. The breakfast had a very good selection, including fresh juices and fruit, freshly prepared eggs, different types of bread, cakes and much more. The breakfast staff were very friendly and attentive. The hotel itself was lovely, and we particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, sauna and steam room, which were immaculate. The shower area was also very clean. We especially appreciated that the hotel offered ladies-only timings for the facilities, which was a particularly nice touch. The fact that the hotel is alcohol-free made our stay even more enjoyable and suited us perfectly. The location was also very convenient. The tram stop was only a few minutes' walk from the hotel, with frequent and clean trams. The airport was approximately 20–25 minutes away, making it a very convenient location for travelling. Overall, Sarajevo is a wonderful place to visit, with so much to see and explore. The people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made our trip even more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the hotel. Sarajevo is absolutely worth a visit!

Отель очень классный, нам понравился. Классная девушка на ресепшене, которая нам помогала во всём. В конце проживания мы попросили вызвать такси, нам тоже с этим помогли. Жили на 14 этаже, оттуда открываются классные виды на город (не прям сильно живописно, но горы классные 😍). Завтраки вкусные, много выбора всего: всегда были овощи, яйца (один раз омлет оказался сильно подгоревшим и ужасно невкусным), выпечка, свежие фрукты) Единственное, что не понравилось: на ресепшене при заселении нам сказали, что завтрак начинается с 6 утра. Нам нужно было рано уехать на экскурсию, поэтому мы пришли на завтрак к самому открытию (в 6:15). Было уже несколько блюд, но были выключены автоматы для кофе (следовательно, горячей воды для чая тоже не было). Ходила женщина и накрывала еду, я спросил у неё, можно ли налить хотя бы чай, она проигнорировала меня полностью, сделала недовольное лицо и ушла. В итоге мы остались без завтрака

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Wonderful location and such friendly staff. Willing to accomodate and help in any way. I requested early check-in and they allowed for me to have that after my 25 hour journey. It was really warm in my room and I requested a portable fan and they were so quick in bringing it over.

We came early because of the train schedule. The receptionist is very helpful to checked us in early and gave bigger room to us.Location is just behind the sarajevo train station but you need to take cab because of the hill. It has wifi and elevator. They accepted card payment.Easy to carry big luggage. No public transport around but the receptionist always helped us to call taxi
