The service is very good and the location is nearby Ballarat Station. It takes about 20 walks to Sovereign Hill. And there are too many restaurants next to there, such as McDonald's, Pizza Hut, Chinese restaurant and Indian restaurant .

Good service and simple breakfast (toast, juice, coffee, eggs, and tomatoes). The walls are thin and it's quite noisy, but it's a fair deal for the price，is good one stay one day,if 2 days I will change stay other hotel,

The Hotel was good last time we checked in, but this time theres a man’s body spray smell when we entered the room. Not sure why. The rest all are good. Hopefully they would include toothbrushes there like myself I forgot my toothbrush last night and shops are closed in a small town.

It was suitable for a one night stay to sleep after winter wonderlights. There was black mould as mentioned on other reviews in the shower and the shower door leaked water into the carpet outside the bathroom. Linen was nice and seemed fresh and bed was comfortable enough. I didn’t mind overlooking the shower for a one night stay but it wouldn’t be suitable for any more than that. There was also gap down the sides of the blinds which lets a lot of light in and the walls are quite thin so you can hear talking next door and the vline train beeps. I put white noise on to muffle sounds.

Good quality basic accommodation. A little bit far out of the Main CBD, but if you have a car, all is fine. The rooms are a bit aged, but it was very nice that the Owner upgraded us to a king-size bed. Would recommend if you need a quick no thrills night stay.
