Hôtel Caron le Marais

非常滿意，乾淨衞生

Large bedroom and bathroom with nice powerful shower and comfortable bed. Air conditiong was nice and cold which was much needed during the heat of August. Facility to leave luggage before and after check in/out was great. Marais area was great, loads of restuarants and bars and an easy walk down to the Seine.

First off, amazing location and very friendly staff. The problems were a bunch of minor things that mean we won't stay there again: 1) The hotel wasn't able to provide more than a since bath towel even though we were 2 people: apparently their provider had issues. Seems like a basic function for a hotel to provide towels. 2) The cleaners threw away our bar of soap and didn't replace the soap/shampoo/conditioner/etc one night. Another night after cleaning they moved the wet soap bar into my tooth night-guard tray, filling it with soap. 3) The hotel gave us, inexplicably, a room intended for wheelchair users. This meant we got a very high and uncomfy toilet and a shower without a door, but instead a weird wrap-around curtain that touches your body and is very awkward and uncomfortable and feels unclean to use. The bathroom floor was always wet as a result. 4) The drain in the sink was extra-slow and the drain for the shower was mis-placed, leaving a constant and significant pool of old water on the floor. I get really angry when a hotel sells its "accessible" room as a normal room. I booked this normal room far in advance and they had many rooms available at the time. When I asked about it and asked if they had an alternative the staff just said "that's our biggest room" and didn't offer a possibility of switching rooms. Note also that I didn't want to "fight" with the staff to demand a better room since I was on a romantic vacation and didn't want to spoil the mood.

Good hotel in Marais! The rooms are a bit small, but that’s to be expected. Very friendly staff, good location, quiet, nice beds and bathroom.

This will be a new favorite of ours for return visits to Paris. The staff is terrific. Over three shifts we met three front desk members for this small, boutique hotel and each one was amazingly friendly, responsive and terrific at follow-through. The only drawback was our first room had a funky smell (older shag-like carpeting was likely the culprit.) They got us into another room with no questions. The breakfast room was charming - the selection of cheeses, meats, croissants etc., plus coffee, fresh orange juice for $10 euro per person may work for some...we prefer a larger breakfast, but it's not a reason to stay elsewhere. Rooms are fairly modern - bathrooms lovely, AND THEY HAVE A MINI BAR WITH SNACKS AND DRINKS AT NO CHARGE!!!!!

Such a beautiful boutique style hotel in a perfect location. Great service !! The front desk waiters are extremely helpful and friendly who speak both French and English. I enjoyed this property very much.

Great location for this nice and clean hotel. Rooms are small but it is typical of Paris. Great service, accommodating staff.

This is a small boutique hotel. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and everyone spoke English- which was a big help . The hotel is clean and offers a decent continental breakfast for a reasonable charge. It is well located in a nice neighborhood with many restaurant options in walking distance. There is a nearby Metro station. The rooms are small but comfortable , quiet and clean. My only disappointment was that the WiFi signal was spotty.
