寬敞明亮舒適

The first person we met in front of hotel Lutetia was Jean. The gentlemen that surprised us with a warm welcome, WoW he knew our names!? Could be due to our dutch license plate? He assisted us with our luggage and straight away took care of our car. What could you wish after arriving late and almost 7 hours of driving from Amsterdam to Paris. Merci ! Continously we were presented to Patricia, the receptionist that proceded with our check-in and immediately offered us some water while we completed our registration. Very gentle …she was really great and already asked about our plans while she offered us a late check-out because the occupancy allowed that, awesome! She even guided us to our rooms. My parents were so surprised with the room decoration; rose petals and one beautiful piece of cake for their 50th anniversary. Not only beautiful but also delicious, i can tell. THANK YOU ! They and myself will never want to forget. We wanted to go out for a walk but not before passing by the concierge. There we met Loic. He provided us a city map, as we wanted to visit the biggest christmas market and enjoy the christmas lights that makes Paris shine. Everything is within walking distance. Loic gave us good tips to be efficiënt in time. He did not let us go before offering umbrella’s. As he predicted, it rained and they were very useful. Thank you! We came back and met Ekatarina at the reception. She was able to show us some other room type with a more than beautiful view of the Eiffeltower. Definitly the room that we want during our next stay! Thank you! Bonjour Dominic, with a big smile he was one of the so many stars within this hotel. We really enjoyed the breakfast, don’t miss it. The breakfast would not be the same without the great service provided by Dominic. Merci ! Once in our rooms we called with some questions and we were well informed by a lady called Larissa. Later on that same day, she rescued us. It’s a small world. We met her in the corridor on our way to the room, as we discovered that our roomkey did not open the door. Once again thank you for the security check, as she managed to open the door without making us pass by the reception. Very conveníent as we were still in our bathropes after visiting the wellness. Yes, the late check-out was one good excuse to not miss the Akasha spa. It’s a small piece of heaven hidden inside the hotel, where you can explore ZEN after walking all day through the city. Once we said farewell, we got our car back. Already driving home for Christmas we found three refreshing towels and some water in our car, sublime. Once again thank you for all the nice surprises and yes we will be back. Merry Christmas to you all !

Beautiful, nice, upscale hotel. Every amenity available. The staff is so helpful that they were anticipating our needs. The bathroom shower is awesome. Loved this hotel and it was well located for shopping but not so much for sightseeing.

Service and check in was brilliant! Junior suite was one of the nicest we've stayed in, double Juliet balconies, bathroom was incredible! The location and area is very nice and most importantly feels safe. Looking forward to our next trip to Lutetia!

We had the complete pleasure of staying at this mind boggingly AMAZING hotel over spring break this year, four nights in total. We are a family of four (17 yr old son 14 yr old daughter), and all of us were completely blown away by the level of attention, committment to excellence, beauty of the facilities and location of this incredible place. It truly is the finest hotel we've ever stayed at, with good reason. From the moment we were met at the airport (transport arranged by the hotel) in a comfortable van equipped with every phone charger you could imagine, water bottles and towels for our faces and hands, to the minute we reluctantly checked out and said our good byes, our family felt known, cared for, and completely, 100% spoiled in a ways we could not have dreamed. Everyone from the concierges and guest services team (shout out to the enthusiastic and emminently cheerful Claire!) to the housekeeping and food people who dropped treats and little touches to make us so excited to come back to the room each day...to the waiters at the Brasserie and Bar Josephine (the best cosmo I've ever had, two nights in a row and fantastic live music) we are already dreaming of returning. Many hotels are having a difficult time finding enough staff, let alone people committed to going above and beyond providing excellent service...this hotel somehow has a lock on great individuals in every department. Other highlights: bathrooms cut out of solid marble. I took five minutes one morning trying imagine what it took to fabricate the sinks and bathtub out of solid stone and then get them into all the rooms. Mind blown. Fantastic water pressure from both the shower and bath. Sheets and pillows and beds that allowed all of us to sleep soundly every night. Both children said it was the best night's sleep they'd ever had away from home. Top of the line electronics and room organization...everything is automatic with lights (we didn't touch a switch in four days, I came home and told my husband what a "drag" it was to have to actually turn my lights on. lol), and air conditioning/heat/curtains are all controlled from handy control wall panels in each room. Small touches in the closets of things you might have forgotten, lots of drawers and space to unpack and stay organized. The pool and spa is breathtaking, make sure to leave time to enjoy it! It truly is a five star hotel in every element imaginable. I cannot recommend Hotel Lutetia any higher. You will not regret it.

We stayed at the Lutetia 20 years ago for my birthday and returned this year for it as well. We had a crazy time getting here because we drove over 12 hours and arrived in the middle of the night and were exhausted. Waiting for us in the same room we stayed in 20 years ago, was champagne, balloons, a cake and other treats. They even wrote a birthday message on the mirror in the bathroom. We were overwhelmed by the graciousness of the staff! And the room! View of the Eiffel Tower, wonderful amenities, a bed we could sink into and delicious room service. We will not wait 20 years to come back. This is now the only hotel we will stay in, in Paris. Worth every penny. Thank you, Lutetia, for the wonderful stay!

Great location and very friendly team. Breakfast is wonderful, hotel rooms are well equipped and comfy beds. I particularly liked the AKASHA spa. The gym, swimming pool, steam and jacuzzi was top notch. The whole spa and wellness team was very welcoming and friendly. Mr. Flower one of the spa attendants was very attentive working till late (10pm) every night and I experienced a wonderful facial with on of the therapists - Marimar. Highly recommend using the spa and it's facilities as part of your stay, on a daily basis!
