Requested late check out when checking in and the person at reception confirmed check out for 2p.m
The next morning the phone rang at 12 to ask me to leave. I explained I had booked and confirmed a late check out. Staff were appalling no matter how many times I explained I had organised late check out and that I just couldn’t physically get out immediately as I had to finish getting dressed and pack they persisted to tell me to get out immediately. It was only when a staff member came to the room to deliver the same message and observed how upset I was trying to pack my bag and get organised to leave did they give us 20 minutes to get out.
It’s run down and noisy on the corridors. Couldn’t close the bathroom door because sink is in the way. So no privacy in the bathroom. Couldn’t sleep because every 30 seconds there were sounds of the cistern in the toilet gurgling and filling up. It drove me mad. It’s expensive and not worth it. More like a 2 star if even!

The bathroom is not corret . Water everywhere when you take a shower. Only the space and the bed is correvt

For such an expensive hotel, I was expecting at least a fridge or some glasses - in case you want to have a glass of wine - there are only some paper cup and no fridge.
The place is sad...

You’d expect more if it was rated as a 3 star but unfortunately the room weren’t very clean at all, and you can’t close your door properly

Good localasation in Paris but very small room, normal cleaned but shower was in poor state, door was broken but still working.
Not a bad moment but for this price everything should be right.

Quite clean hotel. Perfect for where we needed to be. There is an amazing coffee shop down the block along with a variety of restaurants. the weekend market is a plus. I would stay here again

Not quite sure where the "design" comes from in this hotel. It is not a bad place to stay but the name is pretty misleading. Everything is old and for example the two bedlamps in the room were broken. but it was wonderfully quiet all through the night. Big bonus.
