Apartments WS Hôtel de Ville - le Marais

The check-in process was seamless and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing useful recommendations and ensuring we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The apartment itself was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a fully functional kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi, which made it feel like a home away from home.

We stayed here for one night. The location is great, for the rest I really wish I could say something positive but I can't. Kitchen was not clean and outdated, bed sheets did not look really clean, bathroom was ok at best. The worst are the thinnest walls I have ever experienced, it is not pleasant when you heat every word your neighbor says and when their alarm clock wakes you up long before your alarm is supposed to go off.

I had a very pleasant stay in the little apartment of Rivoli 5. It offered all needed. I could have used maybe a couple more kitchen utensils and maybe would have appreciate a bottle of olive oil o some salt or pepper in the kitchen. There were enough towels and the it was clean (my major concern). The location is absolutely EXCELLENT. The only weak aspects was the wifi, but I contacted the administration, they offered me another service/network which was a bit more efficient. It is important as well to notice that the walls are not too thick and during my last night there were a group of young people who were very loud. I worked early morning and going to bed early night so luckily I managed because they had party schedule and afetr some hours they decided to go and party outside in the city. All in all, very good stay and definitely recommended:)

The apartment has a perfect location. It was easy to arrive, the instructions for access the building and the apartment were very clear. It was clean. We have a wonderful stay. The internet was not so good.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour dans cette appartement WS extrêmement bien situé. Nous étions vraiment au centre de PAris. Les équipements étaient vraiment très bien et suffisant pour se faire à manger. Je reviendrai à coup sûr pour les vacances d'été

La posizione è incredibile, circa quattrocento cinquecento metri dalla Cattedrale di Notre Dame e meno di un chilometro dal Louvre. Il Quartiere è quello di Le Marais, interessante e strapieno di locali. Per il resto, la struttura è di livello più che accettabile. Decisamente consigliata.

Literie salle, des traces noires sur l ensemble des draps et dans les 2 chambres. Rideau arraché. Ascenseur en panne ( 6eme étage sans ascenseur)... bref des appartements qui ont été conçus pour être un business très rentable. Mais il n'y a pas d entretien. Le patron n'a pas répondu.
