Hotel la Comtesse

房間非常小，不過還是很乾凈。早上checkin，問是否需要帶陽台的景觀房，每晚加收50歐元，毫不猶豫拿下，陽台也是最迷你的，不過老實説，可以看到這一間已經是所有房間裏的超大陽台，因為包了卧室和衞生間兩個窗户。衹是遺憾沒有想象中的非常浪漫的坐在哪裡，喝杯茶什麼的，好像有點浪費。

에펠탑 뷰도 정말 아름답고, 숙소도 깨끗하고 깔끔합니다. 그리고 숙박에 조식 포함였는데 일단 조식이 너무너무너무 맛있어요 ㅋㅋ 다른호텔 예약한거 취소하고 이 호텔로 다시 예약해서 2박 더 묵었습니다. 지하철역하고도 가까워서 이동하기에도 넘 편했어요~

位置可以見到鐵塔，但街區是美食荒漠，要到15區才比較多美食

房間太小，設備不足，沒有牙刷，牙膏和熱水壺。

The staff at this property were not up to par, minus the manager. We asked for an extra blanket and were told that they don’t have any. We asked to turn the heat up and was told that it wasn’t possible. The shower is fully see-through which is not ideal. The only good thing about this hotel is the Eiffel Tower view.

Such a disappointing experience, staff was always rude and seemed bothered. Rooms are extremely small with clear door showers, no privacy if someone walks in. I had an issue with my shower flooding all the way to the bedroom carpet over some of my shoes and when communicated the front desk they confronted me with “What did I do!?” To which i responded Just took a shower! i dont belive is my fault for some faulty drainage system. That night my boyfriend could not take a shower because they did not even offer to switch our room or get it fixed till the morning after. When the lady woke me up in the morning i kindly explained that I had a reservation to get to, to please come back after I had left maybe it was the language barrier but then she knocked again with a gentleman, my boyfriend let them in since we thought it was going to be a quick inspection, (I was getting dressed) and he just started working on it, I was not dressed decently and I told the lady that I needed to get out to which then she responded and you are going out like that!? What can I say, i believe good customer service should be a global thing when you are paying for a service then they just waited outside my door impatiently and I couldnt even take my time to get dress and it was my birthday. Overall this was just horrible, and it is not my first time in Paris so I would not blame it on the cultural difference this was specifically on this hotel which I dont recommend.

Great stay! I am disappointed however because we had to change the reservation to cancel the last night due to a strike with the German train company which forced us to leave early. The hotel management was unwilling to work anything out for us citing it wasn’t their problem. I feel like it could’ve been handled better and we should have been able to meet in the middle.
