Hotel de l'Horloge

C’est parfait!!! The receptionist are super nice. The cleaning was good. It is super near to both metro stations (Ménimontent : M2 & Rue Saint-Maur: M3), both within 2 mins of walking! Surrounding there are supermarkets, McDonald's, KFC, Laundry, and post office for sending postcards, and lots of food!

Très propre, eau potable et l’hôtel est très joli. Emplacement calme et commode. Très satisfait de notre expérience nous reviendrons.

The room was small but very clean and fresh. We had a 2 ring hob, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and a kettle. The bedding was clean and fresh as were the towels. The bathroom was really small but clean and the shower was lovely and hot! It was in easy reach of the metro and eateries. We really enjoyed our stay and the staff were lovely!

This property is way over rated online. The room is tiny and way smaller than presented in the photos on *******. The bathroom is so small it is almost unusable. And the bed was the most uncomfortable I have ever slept on - it has collapsed into the middle and should have been replaced long ago.

The room was perfect for us. All the things we needed and the space was well used. The view from the room on the top was nice. Good safety with a looked gate to the street. Staff was very friendly. In no time we could be at the Metrostation, from where it was easy to change for the airport, the city and Disney. Fine baker and cafees nearby.

Great location 11th arrondissement, 2 metro stations nearby, quiet, clean, confortable and very safe with a locked gate. There was a little kitchenette but we did not use it, preferred to eat out. There are lots of little restaurant and grocery stores nearby.

Good location close to bars, restaurants and Pere Lachaise. Electronic gate so you feel safe. Room is very small but well equipped and immaculate. Staff friendly. The walls are very thin and there is no air con so you have to leave windows open at night. So if you have noisy neighbours (as we did) then don’t expect to get much sleep.

Pros: comfortable beds, cute safe and private courtyard behind a locked gate, walkable metro access, street market on Tuesday, secure entry, helpful front desk. Has a small kitchenette and refrigerator. Fans are provided and helped move air. Cons: very small room, even smaller bathroom and extremely small elevated shower making it difficult to use for any larger person. Luggage storage is available but in the open in the front office. Area becomes more lively and enjoyable at night. During the day it felt a little less welcoming. We found extra bathrooms and showers located in the courtyard.

The concerts got moved to November 2022, but even that I offered to pay EXTRA and so on, the hotel wouldent rebook to the new dates, even that september was sold out and november was free. So we had to go anyway, in order not to lose money on this. The staff was friendly, only good thing to say about this place. I cannot recormend anyone to go there. Nothing I read holds up. The room was cold, theres a draft from doors, the beds are like bricks and the floor is so cold. The beding is a blanket and a sheet, and since there was NO heat, we had to sleep with clothes on and socks. Even the towelwarmer in bathroom dident work, so all was cold and wet, after a bath. First night to hob dident work, and man in reception dident know how to turn it on, so we had to eat out. 45 Euro for 2 pizzas and water. The supermarket barely had anything (Aldi and LIDL), Lidl is a bit from the hotel. And the territory arround is dreadfull. We dident feel safe at all. Middeleast people everywhere, smoking **** and yelling stuff at us (proberly because my daugther held my hand) and beggers at the subway. All shops was kinda closed and grafitti and trash everywhere. I never feelt so scared anywhere. Many times the police held up people to tjek them (proberly for *****). I wouldent ever go back there or recormend anyone going there.
