Highly recommended. The staff are just so friendly and helpful and the location is unbeatable, on the edge of the Latin Quarter with literally hundreds of small restaurants and brasseries with 500m. The room is quite small (typical for central Paris) but the bathroom was new and spotlessly clean, with everything working as it should, including permanent hot water. There are two principal Metro lines a couple of minutes away by foot and many tourist sights well within walking distance. I wouldn't say I'd go again 'cos at my age items on the bucket list aren't repeated! But if you are looking for a clean, reasonably priced, friendly hotel for a few days relaxation in central Paris, check this out.

A great hotel in the middle of Paris. Within walking distance of some great attractions and with two metros very close by. Great friendly, helpful staff where nothing is too much trouble. The room was small and cosy, which is to be expected in central Paris but nonetheless was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was well worth the money for what you get, especially when you compare it to what’s on offer in the local Cafes. Will Definitely be back

As may over all impression, the any space was small, but it was really comfortable and the location was good. When I come back here, I'd like to use the hotel again.

I have stayed at the Welcome Hotel for my Honeymoon in 1986, a trip with my Mother in 2004, and just now, with my best friend, Marta. It is perfectly centrally located in Paris, and near several of the best bistros and restaurants. Our room was sweet and charming. Thank you, Eric and Kurt!

This was my second stay in this superbly located hotel on a direct metro line (4) 20 minutes from la Gare du Nord, and centrally located for the sites of this amazing city which you can easily reach on foot, by metro or by one of the many bus routes which stop very close by. (I really recommend the bus routes for enjoying the sites on the way). The staff are all welcoming and friendly (reception, breakfast, cleaning), the room and bathroom were spotless, the tea bags, milk and water topped up daily, the TV and wifi great, and the breakfast was lovely, served in a very comfortable and chic environment. The double glazing works well: we slept soundly despite facing a busy Boulevard. Un grand merci à 'Welcome Hotel' et à la prochaine!

Stayed 8 nights on 5th floor in a classic twin (mother/ adult daughter). Loved the charm and location the most, but the desk was very helpful about trains and advice, the room had everything we needed and the beds were comfortable!
