The hotel is beautiful as are the restaurant and spa. The hotel is in the heart of Paris and it was a short walk to the Louvre, Musee D’Orsay, Tuileries, and many other sites. It’s also near fabulous boutique shopping and restaurants. We stayed in the deluxe family suite which I highly recommend. The hotel was very quiet. Every person we interacted with during our week long stay was excellent and professional. The housekeeping, front desk, concierge, room service and restaurant staff were all helpful, accommodating and highly competent. The concierge are fantastic. Alain organized a car service from and to the airport that was excellent . Adrian recommended great restaurants that were exactly what we wanted. When we departed I forgot my iPad in the room and Adrian also shipped it to me that day. Joffrey and others also made excellent recommendations. There are many beautiful hotels but it’s the staff that make a hotel exceptional. In my experience the Mandarin oriental is better than the Ritz or the Park Hyatt. The staff are more consistent with my experience at the Four Seasons.

The staff and the team at the hotel are very helpful and very warm. They made the experience very flawless right from the time of check in. Breakfast was delicious and i didn't feel like to leave the room :) I had my flight early morning and had to check out, but hotel made me comfortable by offering tea and some snacks as i was waiting in the lobby and also helped me to get cab for the airport at 3am. Its the people who make the brand up to the mark

The hotel is located in the heart of the city, few meters away from place Vendôme and Chanel historic headquarters. The garden is really magnificent, it is very pleasant to take your breakfast outside on the terrace. The team was very helpful with our requests. We had a wonderful stay. We'll definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel with endless upscale fashion houses and boutiques around. We had the most wonderful time at the hotel - from friendly chat with the doorman to sipping complimentary welcome drink for being a Fans at the Bar 8 - like the refreshing Singapore Sling (off menu).

Our stay can be described in 1 word: perfection. It is so rare to have such outstanding hardware in terms of hotel and location, and equally outstanding software in terms of service and food, but MOPAR achieved this and surpassed all our expectations. Our stay was so good that we are already planning our next visit.

What an amazing stay! The location is perfect - able to walk to many sights and locations. Rooms are lovely but what sets this hotel apart is their personal service. The staff is personable friendly and insures that every need and detail is addressed. One of the best stays in any hotel worldwide .

It was an incredible stay. From the moment we got there in our taxi to the time we left, it was too notch. Fantastic location. A great experience! Rooms great. Bar was awesome. I would recommend this to anyone. There are too many names to mention but here are a few: Patrice from before I even got there was amazing. Adrian was great while I was there. Manon helped with a few reservations. Leandro was a great manager and a women manager came to me at breakfast to check on my sick son. The 70 year old housekeeper, whose name I don’t know, was great as well. And front desk attendant Mamoun was a pleasure and we ended up going to the PSG football game together too. Great touch sending a picture of our outing and PSG scarfs that my kids loved. The greeting when we got there was great but it took a little too long to get things going (room keys). It might be a New York thing but there was another couple as welll that was getting a little restless (they were from NY too LOL). With that said it was still a very classy welcome with a ton of people helping with bags, a glass of champagne, water, coffee, sitting on couches for the check in and a great smile. Once again my stay was amazing. My family loved it. We highly recommend it!
