Citadines République Paris

It is not a bad location, there is a fast food, local restaurant and supermarkets within 5 minute walk. Unless we walk another 10 minutes, there is only 1 subway line which is fine. Its not quite a tourist area and there is a weekend market selling antiques nearby. We reserved was a studio type, its spacious enough to open 2 large luggage and still have space to walk around. The bed is alright but there is only 1 window to lit up the place which is rather insufficient but it works too in a sense. Kitchen is well equip with ovens, inductors, pots, pans, cutleries and cleaning utensils. It is a small kitchenette nevertheless but good enough for a weeks stay. There are no coffee in the unit so we have to walk to the breakfast area for it, which is fine because the machine offers a wide variety of drinks. Only bad thing is that the heater was not working in our unit but a replacement heater was bought in. Staffs are nice and do not mind conversing in English. Do start with bon jour at least. Its not a lavish place, but a place to stay for a few days or weeks. For the price, I think its about there. Its Paris after all. Would I return? Yes sure

Personnel sympathique et serviable. Chambre propre En été, la climatisation serait bienvenue pour rafraîchir la chambre.

very poor condition,the room has bad smell. very dirty. how can this be a 3 star.

We find the completeness of the apartment very good. A disadvantage is that near the mirrors there is no socket for shaver or other personal toilet equipment.

I liked staying in a neighborhood. The metro was very close. Lots of dining options nearby.

The elevator was out-of-order so walking up from the -4 parking garage was a bit of a hike. The room was clean and pleasant, with ample space in the fridge. Also, the most comfortable pillows in Europe.

The metro is literally across the road so perfect to get around Paris. A lovely and less touristy area so you really get a feel of France when walking around. Great rest bite from the hectic city centre. The hotel room itself suited our needs and was clean and a great size. I do wish the toilet had been in the actual bathroom or there had been at least a sink in the room with the toilet. Also, after a long day we would have liked to watch a bit of TV but there was no option for English subtitles so we couldn’t follow along with anything.

The staff were LOVELY, in summary it 'is what it is' .. not a great location for sight seeing (but I knew that when I booked) but more than met my requirement
