Parga Beach Resort

Firstly I wanted to say we throughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and would definitely come back. It would get a 5 star but for a number small issues which could easily be rectified. All the points I make are given to hopefully improve peoples stay and help the hotel improve. Room 226. Can’t fault the room for comfort and cleanliness. A little more storage would be good. Put having been to Greece numerous times it seems to be an issue everywhere. What I would say the partial sea view is definitely not worth the money. Partial being the word !! Better with a premium garden view room. We were staying ultra inclusive. ! But be prepared to get stung if you eat in the a la carte restaurant. Our bill was £150 one night. !! The choice of drinks are good. And never an issue getting served. The buffet style dinner does get a bit repetitive. ! All the food served from the beach and pool bars are very good. And you can always get a pizza for example for your dinner if you don’t fancy the buffet again ! Breakfast is good But it’s a lot better experience at the kokona restaurant. We spent a lot of our time at the kitron pool and bar Big shout out to Barbara at kitron brilliant. ! Also big shout to Denis his sister Anna Maria and sorry I can’t remember his name the guy in charge at Alesea Also the brilliant Aradee (sorry if the spelling is incorrect. ) Also guest relations lady Roxanna who helped us numerous times and arranged a wonderful evening at taverna o Theios up in the mountains for us. I was impressed by the general manager and I have to say how refreshing to see a GM who is present everyday and not scared to do anything. !! On the negative side I am not sure of his name but the scruffy looking guy with thick black rim glasses who wears old t shirts and sits behind the counter between ammo’s bar and the seafood restaurant is very rude and unwelcoming particularly to my daughter one evening. All I can think is he an owner or someone high up because he definitely doesn’t fit in with the rest of the lovely staff. Overall we had a wonderful holiday and will be back and have recommended it to friends and family. One of which has booked and is coming next year. Xx

We have stayed at this Resort multiple times and the high quality of service and attention to detail remains.! They took care of us from the moment we arrived at the airport(as we have arrange our transfer through the hotel). When we arrived we were welcomed with fresh lemonade and a big smile from all the staff. We were been brought to our beautiful room that was large spacious and modern. We got to experience the spa as well which was the best massage I have gotten in a long time. The hotel gardens themselves are very beautiful and well kept with a wide variety of plants and flowers to stop and admire. The food in the hotel is absolutely the best I have ever had while travelling abroad. Breakfast and Dinner Buffet in Thalassa was delicious with a wide selection of salads,hot dishes and mouth-watering desserts. Alselea and Kokona(the new ala carte restaurant) was incredible delicious and all the staff couldn’t do enough for us! The pools were well-kept,and our private pool was cleaned daily. Our room was also serviced every day! We have already book for next year!

Would thoroughly recommend. We stayed in a garden suite. Room immaculate and spotless. Lovely garden setting with access from balcony to small pool. Lovely beach with crystal clear water directly in front of resort. Staff very professional, hard working, welcoming and friendly. Enjoyed to buffet meals where everything was freshly prepared and with a good choice. Family friendly resort without being dominated by children - the balance for me was perfect. My 2 enjoyed the kids club which was relaxed and the 2 women working there were lovely. Special shout out to the cleaners - our youngest developed a bug and without going into details we needed new sheets, bedding, towels etc which was sorted out without any fuss. Would definitely go back.

Fantastic resort for a relaxing break! Staff are very friendly and there to help with all your needs. We had a partial sea view room of which I would book again. Lovely to watch the sunrise 🌅 every morning. We have been there twice now and look forward to returning next year.

A beautiful hotel, set in stunning grounds. Wonderful staff that couldn’t do enough for you. I would have no hesitation in returning. In fact I’ve got every intention of going back next year!! The only small criticism I would make, well two actually. I think charging you €2 euros for coffee pods in your room is a little petty for a five star hotel. I would also have preferred a breakdown of my overall spend when issued with my bill, not just what I’d spent a day! Although i suppose I could have kept all the receipts, but who wants to be bothered with that. Generally we had a fabulous experience. Well done Hotel Parga Beach !!!

Our stay at Parga Beach Resort was exceptional! The staff were outstanding—always welcoming, helpful, and eager to assist with any requests. Their warmth and professionalism made our time there feel truly special. The resort’s location is perfect, right on a beautiful sandy beach with crystal-clear waters. The views, especially at sunset, were breathtaking, making every moment feel like a getaway in paradise. Cleanliness was also impeccable, with our room and all facilities maintained to a high standard. We had a wonderful experience and can’t wait to return for another relaxing stay!

I was staying at The Lichnos Beach Hotel but went to The Parga Beach Hotel for a Greek evening. The hotel is very very very tired and needs a complete refurbishment ! The food service area was atrocious as well as the food !! There were cockroaches climbing down the curtains in reception which was like something from a past time ! Thank goodness that we were able to leave! I felt sorry for the holiday makers who were staying there. I’m afraid I couldn’t have stayed there and can’t imagine what the bedrooms would have been like !! The one positive comment I can make is that the staff were lovely and obviously doing all they could to give people a good night ! 🤷‍♀️

Loved the hotel, which is in a fabulous location and with outstanding facilities, Pristine, clean and very friendly staff. Not sure, however, it was good value for money. Breakfast was extensive, but lacked quality, and average restaurant food good, but pricey. For a 5* hotel, the little things were missing - some unsightly building works around our room, pool furniture cushions left out in the rain so wet or unavailable, juices not fresh, no porterage at 7.30am to help us with our luggage down stairs with no handrails, and got wet having to walk 200m to our coach on departure. Loved Parga so may return soon.

It was our first trip to the Parga beach hotel and were really impressed with the hotel, staff and location. It is hilly in the local area however the hotel is located on the best beach in the area and staff couldn’t do enough for us. I’d recommend the new section in the hotel where we stayed but all look great. Highly recommended
