เราไปเที่ยวกับแฟนช่วงวันหยุด ห้องค่อยสะอาด เราอยู่4คืน แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดไม่เปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนให้ใหม่ แค่ทำความนิดหน่อย ผ้าขนหนูก็ไม่เปลี่ยนให้ ต้องโทรไปบอกพนักงานเอง แต่พนักงานสุภาพพูดจาไพเราะ รวมแล้วก็ดี

One night stay.
Hotel is new, near osaka ****** hotel. Abit far from any shopping mall. Nearest mall is mall of asia where you can reach either grab or taxi. We didnt tried to use their swimming pool as it was crowded. Room is ok,pillow and bedsheet nice to sleep. Exhaust not working (no time to inform staff). Shower is good with heater working. No time to try their cafe/resto. Shuttle bus can only start at 7am from hotel to airport and 8am from airport to hotel so if you have earlier flight or arrival forget it. I wish the hotel include the shuttle bus schedule. I choose the hotel for their shuttle bus in the end i have to take taxi/grab. Staff are professional and busy but accommodating.

Staff was nice and helpful, but was a little taken aback by the 6000pesos deposit that I had to give when checking in. Room was relatively clean but amenities were close to nothing - only toothbrush, bar soap and slippers. Location was alright for me, but there were no shops or convenience stores within walking distance so I had to book a grab every time.

We super enjoyed our stay here. Staff are accommodating and friendly. Jampacked event because of the chinese new year event but we still had so much fun with our staycation. Hope you can have more beds in your family room. Better if there are two queen beds than just one.

My boyfriend and I decided to have our staycation at Kingsford since it was near my workplace which is the," Okada Manila". After we finished check in, we went to bathed in the pool. It's not that big, but the it has an outstanding view of Okada Manila, one of the Five Star Forbes Travel Integrated Resort. When we woke up in the morning, we ate our breakfast at the buffet area. They offer filipino kakanin and you can choose either rice meal, cereals, fruits etc. I have also tried their sauna which is my favorite part of our stay. Thank you Trip.com for this wonderful stay. More discount soon

My checked in wasn’t smooth at all since I came in late,
The room is clean and breakfast is okay.
My view from the room is not bad
Its convenient because its nearby the airport.
Internet connection is fast 👍
The pool is not that big but has a good view up there.
