ロングビーチ空港を利用するには、便利な立地。 レンジ、冷蔵庫、アイロン、コーヒーメーカーがあり、充実した設備。駐車場も十分な台数あり、無料。 全室２階なので、比較的安全である。 しかし、部屋に大きな鏡がいくつかあり、汚れが目立ちます、窓も少ない、家族向きではない。

My stay was good. My room was clean and comfortable. My only complaints is traffic noise at night and the door, the door had an opening at the bottom. I felt like something could come in so I stuffed a towel in the opening, otherwise good stay.

The hotel has plenty of free parking, is very clean and the rooms are freshly painted with a nice contemporary look. Great, modern, lighting features and a very decent size TV. The internet access was included and it worked great. It is a good option for business travel. It offers good amenities for an economical price. The bed was clean and comfortable. The location is a bit noisy due to its proximity to a busy street.

We arrived at the hotel about 30 minutes after check in time driving in from vegas. Received our keys, get to the room and it was dirty. Sheets all over like someone just crawled out of bed, alcohol bottles everywhere, towels all over in the bathroom. Some friends were staying there with me and their room was a mess as well. We went to the office to let them know and there was no type of sympathy and understanding, he told us we could "upgrade" the room which really wasnt a upgrade nor what i wanted for the room. All i asked was for some type of understanding and compensation, and speak to a manager, but he "wasn't available to speak". have never walked into a dirty room upon already receiving my keys. Otherwise stay was nice, area was convenient.

The room was nice but could have been cleaner. There were marks on the walls and the mirrors were dirty. The blankets weren’t very nice we had to use our own. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I would recommend this place.

Remote control for the TV was malfunctioning. Never got fixed. Loud Bass music vibrating the room past 8pm. Those are the only problems I had with the property.

I had a wonderful experience the man at front was super helpful and friendly. I called and he can and helped very fast. The ladies that cleaned the room were wonderful as well and super nice when I asked for more towels. Great place will definitely be back. I felt super safe with everything.

The room was very nice and clean plus location so perfect and close to everything.

I really enjoyed the spa tube. Also the hotel was clean staff was attentive. There i1s only one thing that i didnt like,the fact that tjere was no elevator.
