The convenience of the shuttle bus to and from the airport is always the highlight for this hotel.
The breakfast was perfect too with a wide range of options and the most polite and accommodating staff at the restaurant area!
The room wasn’t very clean but it is spacious.

Excellent stay at The Crowne. This hotel exceeded our expectation. The room was very cosy and extremely clean.
The buffet was delicious with a reazonable price. We could enjoy the swimming pool and it was relaxing. The souvenirs were very nice and affordable. The staff was professional, and we had an excellent and warm welcome. Everything was perfect! Nothing to worry about! I higly recommend The Crowne Hotel Airport. There is also a free shuttle to and from the hotel! I will for sure book the Corwne again. It was my second time there.

The airport shuttle never shows up to terminal 2. Waited over an hour. Then had to take a taxi to hotel which was super over priced for a 5 min drive. Hotel Manager argued with me that the shuttle was there, when he didn’t even tried calling the driver to see what was going on. The room I record reeked of cigarettes. There room didn’t have towels either. I showed up at night, which is surprising room was not ready.

The location was within walking distance from the airport , the buffet was delicious and the staff was courteous. I'll visit again.

My stay at the Crowne plaza was awesome. The staff was so lovely! The breakfast was very good - fresh eggs, juice, fruit, decent coffee, and a couple of Panamanian favorites as well. The room was clean and fresh. Plus, having the pool on the stopover was a great way to relax a bit - plenty of shade in the pool area.
The shuttle service to and from the airport is free and easy. The only thing is that it comes and goes just once an hour, so that could be improved for convenience.

Fine for an airport stopover, nice, clean, large room, no fridge or kettle though, decent bar downstairs, helpful staff, computer & printer at hand.
