Hathaway Inn

Stayed here two weeks. The WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at. The first room I was given's toilet wasn't secured to the floor so when I sat down in slammed into the back wall. The next room I was given (where I stayed) had a microwave that shut off after 30 seconds of being turned on, because it "overheated". It took them two days to get me a new one. There was A LOT of hair in the shower when I came in, and it WAS NOT mine. There were bugs on the sheets, towels and under the desk. My trash was not taken out for the first week nor were my sheets changed for a week and three days until I asked them to. The walls/doors here are BEYOND thin, like curtains. The staff blasted music at 6AM in the morning one day, and the house across the street blasts mariachi and rap every night from 8pm to 4am (not even joking.) The ONLY redeeming things about this "hotel" are the two kind ladies who work the front desk and the numerous sweet stray cats that litter the unsafe surrounding neighbourhood. Do NOT stay here if you want a safe, clean, quiet stay. To the front desk ladies, keep it up girls, ya'll deserve to work somewhere that is clean and kind and treats you well.

My stay here at this Hathaway inn located in Panama City, FL was TERRIBLE. Front desk • The customer service provided was the total garbage. Room •somewhat Clean, smelled good. Bed • not great. Bathroom •Was clean •Shower head was needing to be changed out, in my opinion, the water stream was so-so and the hot water was hot Breakfast • was told by front desk no breakfast provided WiFi connection • Login was easy. Speeds were not consistent kept going out So, all in all, I give this hotel a 1 out of 5 . Could have been cleaner but it is what it is. See the pictures I took My room was on the first floor.

Checked in at 4 am just for a moment pace to sleep after traveling all night. The sign said no animals but 3 doors down from us there were dogs barking. No coffee available at all on property. I walked downstairs the clerk asked if I was looking for breakfast and when I said coffee she replied we don’t have that. Considering she asked if I was looking for breakfast I said then what about breakfast you mentioned and she replied we don’t do that either:

My room smell like cigarettes the entire time when I reported it to the lobby, he let me know that they needed more evidence than just smoke to charge me for smoking in my room. The front desk people during the daytime were rude and I will not be staying here again.

St Andrews State Park is not a long drive from this place. The price is cheap, but room is always nice.

Staff was rude, charged me a $100 deposit upon arrival, no kleenex facial tissue, hole in bathroom ceiling where the exhaust fan goes, horrible smell, on ********** I chose to book 2 queen beds but ended up with 2 full size beds and wouldn't move me

This is a great hotel. The only complaint that I have is that the beds are small. They are double beds.

You get what you pay for so suppose with this being one of the cheapest hotels near PCB. We needed for just one night until our condo was ready but would never come back again. Holes in walls/ceilings, paper thin walls, toilet flushes like it’s blasting off into space it’s so loud. Pillows weren’t even regular sized, they were throw pillows and super flat. Again only stayed one night for a few hours and wouldn’t go back

The lobby reeked of **** There was a very loud party across the hall with people knocking on doors at 3am
