施設は綺麗でしたが、周りに何もなく買い物も出来ないし海も遊泳禁止なのでプールで過ごすしかないです。
他に食べるとこもない、アラカルトの選択肢もないので夜ブュッフェを頼んだらSR.3200とレストランスタッフに言われたのに、会計を見たらSR6300でした。
部屋のカードキーが壊れていて、鍵を使う様になっているが鍵を掛けるのが難しく、毎回近くのスタッフにやってもらっていた。
ネズミ国の人達ばかりで、マナーも悪く最悪な2日間。
レストランスタッフもちゃんとしてなくて、食べているものを持って行く、下げる時に他のゲストの食べ残しをテーブルを落として気づかずにいってしまった。
チェックアウトの時、支払を求められたが既にカード決済済のはずの旨を伝えたら、かなり待たされて謝りもせずにOKで終わり。
もしこちらが気づかずに払っていたら、返金してくれるのだろうか。
もう2度と泊まりたくないし、お勧めしません。
建物、部屋は綺麗ですよ。

酒店設施老舊了很多，洗手間的木門都都爛到什麼程度了，還有很多小蟲爬出來，電視台就更加多小蟲和螞蟻了，每天都會出現小蟑螂，這次住的時候已經打了8隻，挺失望的。早餐也沒有什麼可選擇的。

Rotary club of Moratuwa had the President's installation on 3rd August 2024. It was a very pleasant experience at the hotel as the whole staff from General Manager down to the stewards were very helpful and accommodative. They were willing and went out of the way to make this event successful. Service was excellent and food was delicious. I must specially mention Ms. Champika and also Kapila who headed their team at this event to make it memorable.

Overall it was a great experience .Had a warm welcome and got the room sharply on time.Location is really good and can access in to it quickly . Maintenance staff and front office quys are really good and helpful .To keep our birthday cake in cool place maintenance department bought a mini frig to the room soon after i informed. Giant pool can accomadate many people so no more rush over there. Room was well equipped no need to ask for Iron or hair dryer separately from the front desk. During our checkout and for other backoffice work sithmini helped us well in a professional way with a pleasant smile.Keep up your positive attitude To improve the quality further i would like to make few suggestions. 1.Room lock in our room wasnt smooth and rooms arent well sound proofed .even courridor chats also can hear in side to the room. If houskeeping department can focus much more detail attention in to the cleaning it would be great.

We enjoyed a delightful two-night stay here to celebrate our father's birthday. The check-in process was smooth, and we had requested five adjoining rooms before our arrival. A big thank you to Hasini, Chinthaka, Tharindu and Sithmini (front office team) for accommodating our request. The kids had a fantastic time playing in the sun, sand, and the extra-long pool. The food, drinks, and service were excellent. Special thanks to Chef Charith & Chef Harsha. A special shout out to Anura, Kapila, Geeshan, Selvam, Kaveesha, Rasindu, Kavindu, Lithmi and Indika for exceeding our expectations in terms of customer service. All members of staff always had a friendly smile on their faces and were always ready to assist in anything, including the staff in housekeeping. We were all pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of customer service. Keep up the good work! Looking forward to our next visit.

This is a good place to spend some time with your friends and family. Service and staff is supper and food also good. Very nice beach view and pool also so nice and big. Location is very easy access. Rooms are well maintained. You can have a own play area as the beach is so clean big.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was very supportive and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure that we get the best service. Special thanks to Sithmini! They catered to our needs even with the hotel being at full capacity during this long weekend.

Another one of Jetwing’s stays that won’t let you down! I don’t need to emphasize enough that the view is beautiful as always. It’s the perfect location to chill at the beach or to go for a walk early morning or in the evening. Whether you choose to watch the sunset from the room or down at the beach, it’ll be stunning either way. The staff were friendly and helpful, as it is in most of Jetwing’s locations. The spa was absolutely amazing! They will guide you through to choose the exact treatment you need. The only thing is sometimes there will be only male staff at the spa. If this is a concern, check with them in advance. Getting to the food - the buffets were amazing. The pastries were exceptional and there were always decent options for vegetarians. The only reason I’m giving one star less is the bathroom. It wasn’t great, small leak and could’ve been better. Overall, would totally visit again!
