Liked the location and the staff was excellent! However, cleanliness needs to be better. There was mold in the freezer along with old food from prior guest in the fridge. Shower spout needs a deep clean or replaced. Other than that, all around good experience.

Staff friendly and helpful.
My requests for rm location for me & for family member were honored.
Stayed 2 nights. No housekeeping for 1st night. I told front desk we would be out 1 pm to 7 pm. Anytime in there is fine for housekeeping.
But nothing was done..why?
If the staff doesn't come in on in between days, tell the guests.
So service was sp**** on room tidying, needed towels, toilet paper.....
Just puzzling why room was not freshened up.
Overall facility clean, comfortable, and quiet.

First rooom the sheets had a blood stain, had to switch to second room which had lipstick or makeup in sheet. Elevator wasn’t clean

stayed for a concert at the state theatre purchasd a container of lays potatoe chips & they were all broken nothing but crumbs in the container when I showed the front desk all they said was sorry Ill tell someone. They should have offered my money back since it was $5.00 (rip off) or just gave me a new container.
