Always efficient and warm welcome. Nothing too much trouble.We wanted a cooking knife for our apartment and a new one in box arrived that afternoon 😃

We loved how comfortable this hotel was and how modern the facilities were. It is very walkable to lots of shopping and restaurants and only a 15 min walk from the Cathedral. Parking is convenient and cost only 10 euros but it must be reserved ahead of time as spots are limited. The only thing missing would be if they provided breakfast but otherwise loved our stay here!

This was a very cute apartment. My 2 girlfriends and i stayed for just one night but would be a good place for several nights as it was quite spacious. The only comment is the glassed in shower in the middle of the apt that could maybe be all frosted glass instead of just partially frosted. Otherwise, no place.

Fantastic stay! Unfortunately it was just one night. Will be back. The rooms were beautiful, the hotel so tidy, unique, with a lot of charm. Great location , walkable to the main attractions. Right in the old town. Thank you !

Very nice furnished apartment, close to the center. Unfortunately we had a suite with a small window up which means less natural light it felt like a prison as we couldn’t see anything so we couldn’t stay in the room much we only came at night to sleep we didn’t like complaining either as we were tired from our trip and we were leaving the next day Palma but for the money we would expect a suite with a window.. at least.

Fabulous rooms in a historical property just steps from all the sights and a convenient supermarket. Staff were friendly and helpful. Mini kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a short stay. Complimentary bottle of wine was a nice touch. The only problem is that taxi drivers don’t always recognise the name, so be sure to have the address open in maps.

Stayed here previously in 2018, so good came back May this year and even booked again for September!

Spacious and modern suites in a convenient quiet sidestreet in central Palma. We particularly enjoyed the in-house parking facilities. Just one complaints - the light switches in our room were placed right against the back of the bed, so that any pillow movement during the night would suddenly switch on all room lights - very annoying! Also wish they would change towels and refill coffee more often than once every three days. But overall, highly recommended!
