We were there for two nights and our room was not cleaned and beds not made. Ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the reception to get a roll

The staff was very friendly and the service was good. Complimentary breakfast and happy hour with free drinks was nice. However, we had some issues in with our room. The floor above us was very squeaky and loud whenever people walked around. The AC was also extremely loud when it was on. The sofa looked dirty, the hair dryer was gross and the room smelled dingy. We did complain to the front desk about the floors above us and they told us they moved the people to another room and no one would be in there anymore. But the 1st night was rough.

Air conditioning in fist room not working, had to move myself to a different room… cigarette burns in the carpet and a smell of smoke in the room after moving shower walls had soap scum on them head and had not been scrubbed. Well. There were water, bugs or cockroaches in my room and under door, peeling and blistered paint on the outside of the buildings and courtyard, not what I expect from a Hilton property. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I was not compensated in anyway by the hotel for my inconvenience or the poor quality of my room

The property was fine for a quick trip. However, I chose this particular hotel because they had a hot tub. The first night there were close to 8 adults in it so we chose to skip it. The next day there was yellow caution tape around it all day and evening. I called the front desk twice to inquire about it and nobody picked up. So that was a bit frustrating. We never ended up being able to use the hot tub on our trip. Also, the people above us were extremely noisy at all hours of the day. It sounded like someone was running back and forth non stop for 30 minutes throughout the day. Other than these specific complaints, the rest was great! Property was nice, rooms were clean. Breakfast was great. 😊

We liked the location, lobby, parking, heated pool, free breafeast and larger sized rooms. We did not like the dirty hot tub, the cheap evening drinks and snacks. We did not like the small bathrooms. The overall condition of the property needed a lot of maintence as it had fallen in to shabbiness oand overall wear and tear conditions.

The hotel was really nice and receptionist were exceptional in helping us out however the reason for the markdown was due to the air conditioner not operating as it should causing our room to be stuck at 75° which made us unable to sleep the entire night. Upon bringing up the issue to the receptionist we were informed that maintenance had to tell the air-conditioning unit to actually work for air-conditioning versus being able to actually adjust it in your room to your own comfort level.

Air conditioning didn’t work. I had to ask 3 times to get someone to check it out. Was told several different things as to why it didn’t work. The room was dingy and not well maintained. We eventually left. Would not recommend.
