Palazzo Natoli Boutique Hotel

Palazzo Natoli is charming, centrally located in the historic district, with many nearby restaurants to choose from. We had a large room with tasteful decor. But the best thing about the hotel is the service and the warmth of those who work there. To Sirena, Siriana, Andrea and Nina — thank you for giving us a great stay! Palazzo Natoli was by far one of the best hotels we stayed at during our 2 week vacation to Italy. From the time we walked in staff were attentive to our every need and request. While we were settling in the staff prepared a detailed map showing the location of all places that might interest us. At first the location seemed a little worrisome, we quickly realized that the area was safe, and that we could easily walk to the main attractions within the city. They provided recommendations for dinner which were as fantastic as the staff told us they would be. Serena was a most gracious host who made us feel as if she were an old friend sharing her home. When we arrived we were asked to complete a breakfast menu, which seemed unusual after two weeks of "grazing" at breakfast buffets. The breakfast was delicious and comp[arable to the best that we had received during our trip. One unexpected benefit was that the omelet actually was hot as opposed to the lukewarm eggs I had become accustomed to. Even more surprising was that we met our new Best Friend who was serving breakfast. We erred by not getting her name, but she was warm, friendly and a joy to be with. I would highly recommend her for any job in the hospitality industry. She provided exceptional service with a smile. The room was comfortable and spacious. My wife fell in love with the pillows. In spite of the street noise that is Palermo, we both had a wonderful nights sleep. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff have been the most accommodating and keen to help people I have ever encouraged in my travels. The building is a palace and you feel it. The services are fantastic. I could write a novella about the fantastic staff alone. You will be welcomed with very fine recommendations for the area.

We cannot speak highly enough of the service of the staff at the hotel and our room was spacious comfortable clean and had all the amenities that one would require to enjoy their time at the hotel. A great location as well for visiting the main tourist sights of the city a lot of which are within walking distance.

Beautiful fully renovated hotel ideally situated in the old town of Palermo. Exceptionally clean and appeared very well run. Staff very professional with friendly manner. They organized our private taxi transfer from the airport. Listened to what we’d like to achieve on our stay and gave very helpful suggestions re sight seeing. Made us restaurant recommendations and reservations. Booked us a fabulous guide for a walking tour of the city. Surpassed our expectations. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others looking to stay in Palermo.

Our first reservation we stayed in the Garden Room and it was separate from main building but brand new and wonderful. The breakfast is excellent. The staff is FANTASTIC especially Seriana who helped us with restaurant suggestions and transportation. Our second stay we reserved a classic double which by American standards is quite small, upgrade for larger room. Fabulous stay.

Front desk was incredibly helpful. Excellent detailed recommendations for restaurant, sightseeing, parking, driving, etc. Great location.

I recommend this property without reservation. Take a shuttle from the airport because there is no parking --- but you won't need it anyway. The city is walkable and if ever needed (to go to Mondello Beach, for example) just get a Lyft or Uber. ...since there is no easy parking there either.
