Comfortable accommodation, delicious dining options, and impeccable butler services exceeded my expectations. I was particularly impressed with how smoothly everything was organized and the friendly demeanor of Norwood team members. Once again, thank you for providing such a delightful stay.

During our stay of 3 days, we found everything that we were looking for: peace, comfort, lush green surroundings, tasty food and excellent services. The staff was extremely polite and helpful during the whole stay, especially Maninder, who was available for us 24x7. Would love to come back again to relax

A family vacation at this kind of picturesque venue with a view of tea estate right from ur room was nothing less than a luxury. Lip-smacking food served hot in ur own villa by ever smiling and courteous staff was such a beautiful experience... going back with fond memories and a recharged self ❤️

we had a blast, it was a v comfortable stay and the staff did everything to make it an amazing time :) The food was served right to our villa & tasted sooo good, they also made accommodations for Jain food :) raman, the butler was v helpful to have around!

Excellent place with extra ordinary staff... Food was delicious and we actually felt like kings with their staff giving us special treatment with hot food and drinks in house!! Mr Raman who was our butler was always ready to help with a broad smile on his face ***** with his gorgeous team... Loved every bit..

Really I enjoyed to the core, the hospitality was too good We can't forget the services given by Buttler Mr. Raman (always smiling) the place is extra ordinary, jain food is too good, house keeping staffs are always on tows worth coming here.

Had a lovely experience. That was just the right mix of comfort and homeliness with a great view and fabulous service! any minor glitches (our shower faucet) were rectified promptly and efficiently. Our thanks to Rakesh, Sanjay, Kiran and the rest of the Lamrin team for their warm hospitality.

Loved the stay here. The amenities are top notch, the scenery is serene and calming and very very beautiful. And most of all, our caretaker Mr Raman was just amazing. He was on top of everything and got everything at needed sorted quickly. And their chef is also really good, really enjoyed the food here.
