Out Treetops apartment is perfect! A great view! Spotlessly clean - probably the cleanest and most well kept place we have stayed. Exceptionally well set up. It has everything you need to self cater but also well located to walk and eat out. Highly recommended! The perfect place for a couple to spend time in Paihia and the Bay of Islands.

We chose Abri for a special night during our holiday and were not disappointed. This place is well located within walking distance to restaurants etc. and additionally is spacious and well-appointed if you wish to self cater. Clean and private with a good view of the bay without being right on the main road. Nice gardens.

The view was stunning. Having an elevated studio apartment was nice--some privacy and seclusion. It's in a great location, just on the edge of town, so it's away from the noise and bustle, but just a short walk to restaurants and shops. We loved our time there.

Stunning elevated property with amazing views of Paihia Bay and across to Russell. We stayed in the Palms and it was our home away from home for a week. The location was perfect for day trips to explore the Bay of Islands and the far north, then return to a peaceful, relaxing retreat after a big day out exploring. It was also a short walk to the town wharf, easy for catching the ferry or charter boats, going to nearby restaurants and cafes. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and private with everything you would need. We used the laundry facilities which were also handy. The host Helen was helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this property to stay and we will definitely be rebooking if we return to the area.

Lovely apartment set in a beautiful garden with a stunning view over the bay. The apartment has everything you would need for a comfortable stay. We made use of the guest laundry which was really handy after a few weeks travelling. A barbecue was available although we didn’t use it. It was a very easy and pleasant walk into town. Helen the host was very friendly and provided us with lots of ideas of things to do in the area

This was the best place we stayed during our North Island trip. It is rare to find a place so thoughtfully put together. The owners care is represented by the thoroughness in which the travelers needs are met. They have anticipated so many little things and put them in just the right location. If Helen and Peter ever need a recommendation for interior design, I would be glad to give one. We stayed in Palms, the Treetops has a little better view but we still loved watching the boats come in and out of the harbor from the deck. I could not have enjoyed staying here any more than we did, thank you Helen and Peter!

We stayed in the One Bedroom Suite and it was fantastic! The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and the Apartment itself was very well maintained with all items provided you need for a nice stay. Our host Helen was also very friendly! In summary we would defintely recommend this place!

Fabulous views, fantastic hosts. The apartment was scrupulously clean and very comfortable. Everything had been though if the make our stay perfect. Nice easy walk to shops and restaurants etc. highly recommend

We had a wonderful stay at Aubrey Apartments. We stayed with another couple, one of us in the treetops, and one of us in the palms. Each apartment was beautifully equipped, so very comfortable and wonderfully clean. A lovely deck with a gorgeous water view. The bathroom was like a spa at a major hotel. Very comfortable beds and pillows couldn’t have asked for more. Great location. Easily accessible to town. Helen, our host checked in to make sure we had everything we needed and was available for questions. For travelers who are in New Zealand for a number of weeks the free laundry facilities were fabulous.
