Our stay in Pahalgam was our final stay on our Kashmir trip, and honestly, by far the best. The bar was set very high by the other beautiful hotels where we stayed, but the Hilltop in Pahalgam is the crown jewel of hotels. Mind blowing interiors, with opulent and modern accommodations, the pictures do not do it justice. But what sets this place apart is the staff, who treat guests as their own. When we entered the hotel after excursions in the rain, they provided portable heaters during a temporary power outage. My brother wasn’t feeling well, and the dining team sent a server with tomato soup and bread crumbs to his room. The head of staff, Mr. Nazir, repeatedly asked about his wellbeing and assured us he would do anything in his power to help. He even checked the kitchen for Eno to soothe his stomach pains. Special thank you to Mr. Nazir, and his kind and attentive team: Aadil, Nayem, Faheem, Kifaya, Basit and Aija. Their service was as warm as the valleys in Pahalgam

The hotel and sightseeing is great, service is excellent, quality of food can be improved. The interiors are well designed. Mr. Basith, Nayem Fayaz and the team are of great service

They stay was really amazing with warm hospitality. From room to food everything was fantastic. We stayed there for two night we had a group of 24 Rooms. Everything went smoothly all staff were very helpful and courteous. Special thanx to Duty ***ager Parveez and his entire team Mr. Younis and his team and also Mr basit and his entire Restaurant Team. Really enjoyed the stay there will surely come another group and also recommend. Thanx to all.

We stayed at hotel hilltop with my family the stay was fabulos the staff is very hospitable and professional.Rooms are cozy and well maintained as the hotel is newly renovated.The food was also excellent. Being a north Indian I will surely tell that the chicken at dinner time was really tasty and well prepared. Excellent location , rooms are luxurious and spacious, staff is friendly and provide prompt service. Food is delicious. Muneeb provided great support to all of us. So it was worth to stay in hilltop we love to visit again ans again it was amazing experience Thanks once again Mr muneeb very much professional

Team hospitality is good, food is also good, rooms are good with heating facilities, overall good. Complementary water should be increased and lift service should get restored at the earliest. Overall a good stay. Certain rooms have good view of the mountain.
