Laquinta in 20 years - no need to elaborate. This property had excellent reviews - true as witnessed by my wife and me. Short trip to Ole Miss vs LSU -- definitely will stay next trip to Oxford.

Location was easy to get to. Also easy access to Ole Miss. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but same can't be said for hallways. The carpet was stained and don't think it was vacuumed the entire week we were there. (There was a penny on the carpet down the hall from our room it never moved during our stay)

Check in and out was prompt. The hallways on our floor were not maintained as I would have expected. Room was clean.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The room, lobby, dining, and outside area were all very nice and clean. The breakfast was awesome, had almost any kind of breakfast food to choose from. There were some rather loud guest in the hall in middle of night. Was immediately taken care of when i called the front desk. Price was cery high but everything looked new and very well maintained.

Very nice hotel in every area. Cleanliness was really good in all the spaces in our room and the common areas. Comfortable bed, nice towels.The only slight problem was that we could hear the conversations from next door- from the vent in the bathroom. Not in the bedroom, just in the bathroom. The people were not loud and didn’t talk much, so it wasn’t really a bother, just a little odd and felt weird being able to hear their words clearly. It really was a nice place and we would stay there again for sure.
