None of the AC’s were working in the rooms of all 10 rooms that were booked. After lodging several complaints and that it will be fixed shortly nothing was done. I was given the endless excuses by the person at reception called Udo. Before you book please find out if the AC’s are actually working. Also, more than half the food items on the menu is not available.

I stayed at this hotel with my family 12/31/23. Worst hotel experience! We were given rooms on the 5th floor with a very active night club located on the 6th floor! The booming music could be heard from the lobby until 4 am! Terrible stay!

Much fluff and very little stuff. Lost water supply for long periods during the stay and management had no plan to accommodate guests. Power supply was erratic. Hotel lacks any specific plans or accommodations for business travelers. General feeling is that they want four-staff shop on the cheap.
