The access to the pools is very enjoyable.
At the restaurant, excellent service from Mathias and Samuel. Friendly and professional. Great assets for the restaurant.

The only positive feedback I have about this establishment is that they were courteous enough to change my reservation date free of charge after I mistakenly booked for the wrong day. The room we stayed in was terribly warn, old and scruffy. We stayed in the Acquella building on the ground floor. The rooms on the right hand side have a view on the mountains therefore don’t feel as dungeony and unpleasant, unfortunately our room was in the left hand side and looked on the a rock face and hill. There was a small separate room in the apartment with two single beds, but the main sleeping area has a sofa bed and no comfortable double bed in sight. Bathroom drain stank, shower had mold and you could hardly swing a cat in the space. I could not fin a light on the ‘so called’ terrace with the rock face view so we had to sit out with our phones for a flash light. Breakfast lady was rude. After a four day trip in Valais staying in various establishments, this was by far the worst experience and ultimately a sleepless night. For a charge of 260chf a night this was just outrageous!

Les service se perd… les hôtes et hôtesse ne sont pas agréables, pas serviable et surtout on a l’impression de les déranger quand on leur pose des questions. Nous nous sommes offert un massage en duo qui n’était pas agréable. Je doute fortement que les masseurs aillent une formation quelconque. Les salles de massages sont froide, ça sent mauvais et il n’y avait même pas une musique détente. Je me serais bien passé d’entendre les reniflement de la masseuse. Cette établissement m’a plus que déçu, les gérants de l’hôtel dévraient sérieusement former leurs personnels.

Ayant l'habitude de l'endroit, on a constaté que le prix augmente mais que le service régresse grandement. Petit déjeuner plus que limité et pas réapprovisionné, plus de fromage ou que du hollandais orange en forme de bâtonnet, pain mou, salade de pomme et pas de fruit, machine a café qui gicle de partout.....Côté spa, plus de serviette à disposition pour le sauna, et la chambre plusieurs désagrément (fenêtre, frigo, propreté) bref un sérieux besoin de rénovation s'impose et du personnel qualifié et souriant qui ne passe pas son temps sur son smartphone.

Dommage certaines installations trop vétustes , notamment les chambres. Mais ils ont commencé les rénovations. Vestiaires des bains salles et il a de la mauvaise odeur ! Qualité service au bar reste à désirer, d'ailleurs comme celle au guichet billets.

La chambre n'était pas prête. Le lendemain matin, au petit déjeuner il n'y avait pas de table de disponible. De plus, il n'y avait plus rien à manger... le personnel était complètement dépassé et pas courtois. Je trouve déplorable pour un hôtel de cette catégorie.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans ce bel endroit. Le logement était très confortable, propre et bien chauffé disposantd'une vue magnifique. L'ensemble du personnel est bienveillant, disponible et il était agréable de discuter avec eux. Les bains sont très propres et nous avons apprécié la qualité de l'espace spa. Nous sommes repartis détendus de ce séjour
