Memorable hotel. Incredible views of the waterfalls and mountains. Stunning grounds. We were kindly upgraded by Samir to beautiful suites with a priceless view. Linens and towels quality. Beds are very comfortable. Hotel is maybe in need of a little TLC, it’s a bit tired in places, but if you’re only staying one or two nights it’s worth a visit. Breakfast was astounding. (Parking is a little difficult)

Ruined our vacation! We booked visa the website and received an email confirmation. We also called to confirm the booking. However when we arrived, firstly they could not find our booking, then they said they didn't know where we got the night rate from (literally the one on their website) then lastly they told us that if we wanted to stay as an unmarried couple we would have to book two rooms even though my initial request asked this directly. We weren't willing to give them any of our money at this stage so left. Rude and treated us like we were in the wrong the entire time

This place is amazing. I didn't think it would be as amazing as the photos, but it was even better. Samir was in touch with us before, during and after our stay to make sure everything was perfect- and it was! He arranged for transport from Marrakech and onto El Jadida after our stay and even gave us a tour of our room options when we arrived so we could select the best room for our family. The rooms were beautiful, the pool was tons of fun, the food was excellent and the views were breathtaking. We stayed 3 nights and I hated to leave at the end. I could easily have spent a week hiking and swimming in the falls, exploring the area (try the ATV/quad tour!) and relaxing by the pool. This was the best hotel we stay in Morocco!

This is a very nice hotel. It has spectacular views of the largest waterfall in morocco and multiple multiple viewing points with outside terraces to swimming pools and beautiful gardens. We were here on a adventure motorcycle group trip. including, surprise, a bunch of Lager louts from Britain. When the 28 of us arrived they were exactly 10 beers in the entire hotel. The hotel lost a Great income generating opportunity. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating.

I can’t say enough amazing things from my stay in ouzoud ! This place has amazing staff that made the difference plus an impact in our stay… specially Tarek! He made our stay beyond amazing amazing in Morocco ! Couldn’t ask for anything better!

It was a really great experience, to the finest details, I highly recommend this hotel for ever one who want to taste the hight Atlas experience in class. Nice crew with irréprochable professionalism.

Would not come back. First night the airco did not work. The room was like a sauna. However we got a free upgrade to a nice room with working airco. Unfortunately my wife got sick. Very likely from the dinner (we did not eat anything else that evening and lunch was only bread). As a result she hardly slept and needed to stay in bed the next day. We thus had no other option than to book another night. I would have expected some compensation as there was a high likelyhood of her getting food poisening from their food (never 100% sure) but we had to pay for that dinner, a full extra night and a breakfast for my wife which she obviously could not eat... Hotel is however situated at a great location (therefore the 2 stars) but I recommend to first check the room (and airco) and have dinner elsewhere.
