Lovely setting. Very clean. Lovely pool area with a nice bar. Restaurant nice and you can sit outside next to the pool and eat your breakfast. Rooms a good size with opening doors with a balcony ledge. Fridge was welcome and air conditioning. Good value for money. Breakfast was nice enough.

On our trip through Morocco, this was by farthe worst of 9 hotels. The only one where we did not get a welcome drink neither water on the room. (In all the other hotels we got at least one of these things and most of the time even both. Prices in restaurant were much to high; even our bill was not correct. Afterwards, we even saw that the prices on the tables were not the same as the prices the barkeepers use. Is the management treating? We gave our traveling agent the advice not to work with this hotel any more.

We were stuck because of snow and flood on the way to Marrakesh and found this hotel. The hotel itself is nice and spacious but needs TLC and feels that time has stopped since it was built, and nothing has happened since then. Rooms are spacious and decorated nicely but need looking after and proper cleaning. The AC doesn't work and if starts full of dust which is enough to give you allergy or chest infection. The water in the taps when started was completely yellow and muddy probably not being used in long time. No lift, so if you have luggage then it is hard.It was freezing and the heating didn't work. Although there were extra blankets, they were full of dust. Breakfast was good with fresh bread and omelette to order. Staff seems overwhelmed and not always responsive but they were nice and professional. Overall nice building but needs overhaul and update of facilities

Fantastic hotel located nearby Ouarzazate center and 5 minutes away from the airport. The suite is spacious, clean and has a nice traditional Moroccan decoration. Enjoyable sitting by the pool area where the restaurant and a nice bar are located. Breakfast was very satisfying with a variety of choices. The overall staff is extremely respectful, professional and very welcoming. Thanks to Aicha at the reservations and to all employees and managers. I will definitely recommend and hopefully come back soon.

Service inexistant sauf en debut d’apres-midi pour entendre crier dans les couloirs les femmes de ménage, piscine pas nettoyée mouches et autres insectes qui flottent pas de wifi sauf a feux mettre debl’acceuil deux miniscules flacons de gelbdouche pour trois et trois nuits et que dire des repas buffet d’entrée sans huile ou autre sauce et dessert seulement orange,pomme et banane un jour sur deux identique sur les huit repas affreux et l’eau payante ennplus 20 dirams la bouteille

Hôtel moyen qui mériterait un rafraîchissement et une meilleure attention au niveau de la propreté. L’éclairage est faible et ne dissimule pas tout. Quelques exemples: un support de papier toilette cassé, les ampoules hors service au niveau du miroir de la salle de bain, les couverts douteux, et la surface de la piscine n’est pas engageante pour une baignade…et du personnel pas toujours aimable. Dommage.

El hotel dispone de bar (con alcohol) en la piscina. No se dejen impresionar por las zonas comunes, el hotel es literalmente una VERGÜENZA: sabanas y toallas desgastadas y con un color que nada parecía blanco; sin presión de agua en los baños, imposible duch****; TV de decoración; nevera de mini-bar sin función alguna; escasa iluminación; sin enchufes en las habitaciones; sanitarios y griferías del principios del siglo pasado y los amenities consistían en dos sobres, fuimos a pedir papel higiénico y tras escalar a la recepción, nos dejaron en el suelo de la puerta de la habitación dos rollos empezados. El único sitio donde no daba asco permanecer de pie, era el balcón. Sobre el buffet, el peor de todo el país, era escaso ya que tenías lo mismo para desayunar y cenar. En conclusion una VERGUENZA.

O hotel é uma espelunca decadente. Os quartos tem móveis velhos, cortina puída, tapetes sujos, a roupa de cama tem cheiro de mofo. O banheiro também é velho, com uma cortina na banheira que parece ter 1000 anos, e o chuveiro não esquenta direito. O wifi não funciona. O café da manhã é bem pobre, não tem frutas, nem ovos mexidos, nem iogurte. A única coisa que escapa é a área em torno da piscina, que é bonita.

Hotel antiguo, para pasar un dia. Las habitaciones amplias pero muy viejas. El desayuno y la cena normalitos. En general es un hotel tranquilo y muy viejo. La piscina no esta mal y el personal en general es amable.
