This is a beautiful B and B … beautifully furnished Super clean and so roomy….. very close to all that Ostuni has to offer. Alessandra is a wonderful host … very welcoming and at the end of the phone if we needed her …might have liked a better breakfast on offer but adequate !! Overall fantastic stay …. So homely .. Thankyou Alexandra …..

Lovely cute studio flat, extremely clean and had everything you needed. Alessandra was a very welcoming host and made us feel very at home. Great location to be near the historic centre and all the restaurants and cafes. We used the breakfast vouchers at the local cafe every morning and were very pleased with it. Would definitely recommend and stay again. We loved Ostuni and Casa Baldassarre!

Exceptional clean well appointed apar**ent. Owner makes arrival time convenient to your schedule. Must park away from apar**ent and walk with your luggage so don’t carry too much with you. Lovely area with lots of shopping, Cafes and piazza. Many locals living in the neighborhood which is very very nice. Lots of families with children out and about!

We stayed in Villa Balda for a week with two other couples and it was a perfect place for us. It is beautifully decorated and fully appointed. There was even a jacuzzi looking out over the sea to soothe our tired muscles after climbing the hills and stairs surrounding Positano. There are shops conveniently located to purchase food items as well as wine and liquor. We also had several wonderful restaurants, which we have reviewed, just up the street as well as up the stairs from the villa. All were worth the climb. One night, our host, Balda Florentino, cooked a fabulous meal with paired wines for us. It was a true culinary delight. All of the items were freshly sourced from the sea and surrounding gardens. It was truly spectacular in presentation and taste. We highly recommend a meal prepared by Balda. It was a magical week in Positano and staying in this spectacular three bedroom, three en-suite bathrooms villa with an unbeatable view started off our southern Italy adventure the perfect way! If you want to stay in and cook, you will not find a more fully equipped kitchen. We highly recommend Villa Balda.

Appartamento centralissimo, pulito e accogliente . serramenti nuovi . check in e check out velocissimi . padrona di casa ( Alessandra) molto disponibile. ovviamente affacciandosi sul corso la sera c’è un po’ di rumore ma sopportabilissimo . in due passi siete nella piazza centrale. lo consiglio .

Stupendo tutto, abbiamo aperto la porta dell'appartamento ed abbiamo trovato una meraviglia, pulizia, profumo, ordine, arredamento con stile e gusto, asciugamani super profumati, posizione della casetta proprio a due passi dal centro storico dove si può trovare un'infinita di locali, bar, negozi vari. La signora Alessandra una dolcezza fatta a persona molto disponibile. Essendo una ******a della pulizia nn potevo trovare di meglio, consiglio casa Baldassarre al cento per cento, ci ritorneremo senz'altro, arrivederci cara Alessandra ❤️
