For a hotel of this category, really incredible to find out that there is NO AIRCON in the rooms. Germany is hot in the summer months July and August and the rooms a expensive for not having aircon. Also information given from hotel in internet is miss guiding, as it mentions aircon as an amenity, but just the suit e and another privilege room has it. outrageous

If you're vegan, make sure to announce that beforehand! Otherwise you end up busy and hungry all too early in the morning like me. Apart from that the room was nice, everything was clean - all good! Helpsome and friendly staff made the stay comfortable.

Very friendly stuff and nice hotel. But as a vegan I was disappointed that there basically weren't any vegan friendly options at breakfast. I would expect more in 2021 from a 4 star hotel. Recommendable otherwise.

Ich war mit meiner Frau im März in der ABBA Tribute Dinner Show im Palatin. Es war ein wunderbarer kurzweiliger Abend. Das 4-Gänge Menü war einfach super, jeder Gang war ein Genuss. Besonderes Lob an die Küche und das Service-Team. Aber auch die Band war sehr gut und man konnte das Tanzbein schwingen und sich an alte Zeiten erinnern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Was mir positiv gefallen hat: Modernes und vor allem sauberes Zimmer. Netter Service.
Was mir weniger gut gefallen hat: Parkplatzgebühren (Parkhaus) kommen zum Buchungspreis on top.
Was ich mir wünschen würde: Die Größe des TVs ist für heutige Verhältnisse nicht mehr zeitgemäß.
Direkter Vergleich zum best western plus plaza Darmstadt: Der TV in Darmstadt war mehr als doppelt so groß. Die Sauberkeit in Darmstadt war hingegen unterirdisch.
Würde ich wieder das best western in Wiesloch buchen? Ja.
