Staff were amazing, went over and above to make sure i got a taxi safely for example. The location is excellent, right in the centre so perfect for beach and Oistende's amazing nightlife! Would definitely stay again.

The hotel Prado is a beautiful hotel, with immaculate rooms and located in the centre of oostende within easy access of the beach and local bars and restaurants. The perfect place to stay whether traveling for work or holiday.
The rooms are well presented with plenty of space and the bathrooms kept immaculately. The breakfast is wholesome with a diverse options from both hot and cold food, with a wonderful selection of coffee options from the fresh coffee machine.

I didn’t like that I had to pay more because of the taxes of the city. This price should be already in the ******* web page.
Also, they charge me for a baby bed. This is the first time an Hotel charge me for that. Also bad impression.

Nice hotel, great location, very nice and helpfull staff.
The rooms do not have ac, so with warm weather it’s very warm in the room. Opening a window does not help at all.

Our first visit since before the Covid crisis. The hotel has obviously been refurbished even although it was excellent on previous occasions. The breakfast menu has increased. The rooms are very comfortable and the staff are great, as usual. We are already planning a return trip.
