Love the comfortable, homey vibes at this hotel located ~10 mins walk away from Osaka station. There’s a family mart 1 min away. Overall, I would say it’s quite a convenient location.
Lobby is designed very well. Complementary tea/ coffee are available. I love sitting outside at their small terrace at night.
Hotel is new, so everything feels very clean.
Only suggestion is to upgrade the room if you have more than 1 person. Our regular room is quite small and is better fitted for one person use. Bathroom is see through (there’s a sliding curtain, but it doesn’t cover everything as seen from my photo. ) so may need to reconsider if you’re sharing a room with your friend.

Room was clean and spacious, the only hotel in Japan we didn’t really struggle with the luggage space 😂 Love the breakfast set, it was Japanese style appetisers and everything was intricate and delicious!

Service was not up to standard for this price range. Staff had no smile, not feeling welcomed. Breakfast was okay but staff was unfriendly and doesn’t speak English well. Also it was slow, other customers waited for 30 mins to have their breakfast. Room was clean and tidy, but lack privacy. There is no curtain for the transparent shower so you can see your friend showering or pooping, even when someone opens the room door! Also there is an office building opposite to the rooms and I could see myself from the reflection of office building . I felt uncomfortable if the curtains were not closed.

Location is slightly far away from the main Osaka station around 10 mins walk, however, there are many choices of restaurants and bars next to the hotel.

the entrance is from small street beside the hotel and the view was terrible.

Great rooms - the wooden floor is a highlight. Very clean. Classy location near the heart of Osaka. No pool or big gym, but these don't really matter for a leisure trip - thes makes the hotel amazing value.

Great hotel close to Osaka station. The room was big and quiet and the bed very comfortable. The service staff was very friendly. The bar is also amazing with a beautiful decoration. We would book the hotel again.

Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Front office was welcoming and helpful. Room was well designed, clean, bright and cheery. Location is on the quieter side, not that far from Osaka Station, might be a bit of a walk if you have multiple luggage. Would highly recommend if you like a spacious, bright and well designed room away from the crowd of Osaka Station
