We stayed in an apartment in the new chalet area of the hotel which we can highly recommend. The luxurious suite had a splendid view of Ortisei. Breakfast was a great combination of international and local options. There was freshly pressed juices, fresh fruit, nuts and seeds for the health conscious. The spa facilities were fantastic with great indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The spa also had a fireplace to sit beside after a long, hard day of skiing. The sleek and luxurious Finnish spa offered a female only area. Also a cold plunge for those who dare. The staff were exceptional, at reception, the restaurant and the ski hire. Simon did a very good job at checking us in and making us feel welcome.

Very nice stay with impeccable service from the staff. large clean and comfortable rooms. Very good food in the hotel restaurant and excellent wines. Fantastic spa and nice gym and ski service and shuttle service faultless. Everyone had a nice genuine smile on their face which really had a positive impact on our stay.

The hotel is very cozy, in the center of the village . The staff is very professional. I felt in love for the spa and the swimming pool with a giant cheminee . I will definitely will come again. The breakfast was one of my best memory.

My husband and I walked past Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel & Spa after one of our hikes. We are staying in an air bnb nearby but decided to booked 2 nights at Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel as the weather hasn't been great. We thought of just chilling in this 5 star established and enjoying the hotel facilities. We were not disappointed at all. We had such a great time here and it was one of the best 5 star hotel we've stayed in. The hotel breakfast was simply amazing. We also had dinner at Anna Stuben and it was fabulous. We left as very happy customers and would definitely be back again when we visit Ortisei .

This place really has it all: incredible views, friendly and professional staff, fresh and delicious food, saunas that you will want to spend all day in, and so much more! We were very appreciative of the way we felt cared for during our stay, and it was evident in the atmosphere the hotel staff has cultivated for their guests. There are a lot of good things that could be written about this place, but the highlights definitely include the spectacular breakfast buffet spread, the heavenly sauna facilities, top notch spa treatments, and overall cleanliness/ambience of the entire hotel. It truly was a great place to relax and unwind after a day out hiking and experiencing the local sights and sounds. Our only regret Is not spending more time here!

Our wonderful stay . super Treat guest as their Family members .. Cozy .. classy with sure luxurious comfort and super clean to all single details , since the moment we had arrived Gardeda Grodnerhof early morning , they treated as a valued guest not only they arrange the Mountain panorama view room ready , from lobby reception staff SPA & to flawless service mgr for both hotel restaurants we had everyday especially Owner amazing services minds . Everyone here call and memories your name since the first day we stay even drink and food allergies we special requested What we like the most during our stay here is Services minds set and People &People here in Gardena Gradnerhof they have been train by heart .which very rare to find friendly FAMILY atmosphere like this place in any even more expensive five stars hotels had experiences . we highly recommend come Ortise . stay here .. a week Gardena Grödnerhof Hotel & Spa. you be love it .

If you're planning to visit Ortisei in Val Gardena, I highly recommend booking a minimum of two nights at this hotel. Personally, I had a great experience here. The hotel's location is unbeatable, with an impressive view. The staff are friendly and professional, and the hotel has a private underground car park. The hotel's design is well thought-out and executed, making for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

We stayed three nights while visiting the Dolomites. We can see why it’s rated the #1 hotel in that area. Exceptional service from the reception and lounge staff; the rooms are beautiful, with the knotted wood panels and cabinets. It was nice to have a soaking tub and a separate shower. The toilet was in a separate room (nice touch!). If I had one suggestion for improvement, it was for the breakfast buffet. We stayed in six different 5-Star hotels over our three week trip in Europe. There were fewer choices (for example, no smoked salmon). The wait staff was not as responsive compared the other hotels. Another nice touch was the snacks available in the lobby from 3-5 pm. Nice selection and the bar staff was excellent. Otherwise, we loved the location - so close to the cable car for hiking around Mont Seuc. It was also easy to walk into town (across the river; 5 min walk)
